Definitely recommend to take you across the border. The owner, Geno, was early and waited for us to pick up our bags at baggage claim. Communication was great - he is quick at replying to phone calls and texts. He was knowledgeable about the area and what the best shortcuts were. Gave advice and helped calm us. We thought that since he came in a large van that we would be riding with multiple families but no! The whole van is yours so you don't have to worry about sharing. Geno will give you a little tour of the area too. You pay once he drops you off at your destination with cash or card.

Geno is the man!.. Made my experience flawless going into Juarez. He took the time to walk me into the immigration office, then drove me to the door of my customer then waited for three hours until my meeting was over. Highly recommend his professionalism and his attitude towards doing what is needed to help the customer.

My first trip to Juarez. Geno was awesome. Better than punctual as he had to wait for me at both ends of my round trip to Juarez. Very helpful with the border crossing business paperwork. I may have made a few mistakes without him. He also went out of his way advising me on the cultural changes of juarez and El Paso. the vehicle was very clean. I could tell he enjoyed his job.

Did not show up, answer their phones or return my phone calls. Luckily, I phoned a taxi cab that picked me up. I got great service from the taxi company at half the price that EP Shuttle was charging. Background:I booked a shuttle with EP Shuttle on the 5th of April 2022. They agreed to pick me up at 10:00 am on April 6th at the Onyx Apartments in El Paso, TX. The dispatcher kept arguing that I was leaving way to early for the airport. In retrospect, I think that he was already booked and was trying to push for a later pick up. On one of my other reviews the owner was claiming that I wouldn't pay my invoice and they therefore did not come or return my calls. First of all, I never got one. Secondly, who pays for a shuttle before they even show up? Had I done so I would have been totally scammed. Secondly, the owner claimed on another review that I had phoned "multiple cab companies." What a ridiculous claim---dude, your crystal ball is broken. *LOL*

Fantastic service! Picked us up at our hotel in El Paso and drove us directly to the hotel in Ciudad Juarez. A week later he picked us up in Ciudad Juarez and waited for us while we picked up my husband's Visa package and took care of business at the border. He got us to the airport in El Paso with plenty of time to spare before our flight. He got us in and out of Juarez quickly and safely. I would absolutely use this service again if I ever find myself in El Paso. Highly recommend!!
