Each time we have contacted little jumpers they are fast to respond with quotes and they offer many pictures of the slides and balloons they offer. Their prices are also very competitive. Great company with good customer service.

I would rate this a zero if possible. I had reserved a jumping balloon and 10 tables with six chairs each for my kids birthday party 2 months before the actual event. The day before I called to confirm my reservation and they had said yes everything is good to go. The next day the delivery guys show up with one table and 6 chairs less than what I had reserved. The delivery guys had no clue what I was talking about since they just follow the orders that are given to them. I decided to call the owner and he was very rude and unprofessional. He wasn't apologetic at all and his reason for not delivering the 10th table was because he didn't have enough. He didn't offer any type of discount or apology for his mistake. To top it off he actually took more money from me than what was discussed. The tables had a lot of wear and tear and the chairs are very flimsy. Not worth your money. There are better businesses out there with better quality products and better prices and better owners.

I rented from them and there blower broke. The men who set up the balloon just walked into my back yard and started setting up. They didn't ring the doorbell to check if it was the correct place. I called the number 915-892-0299 several times no answer the phone was off. They finally called back and said they could bring me another blower in 2 hrs by that time my party was over. They told me I would receive a refund.His refund turned into a credit of 15$ out of 60$ for a 3 hr ballon that had stopped working. He turned very rude and had horrible customer service. This balloon rental was for the kids during this pandemic and 3 hr jump was not worth the money or service that was provided.I will never use their services again and I would not recommend them.
