had appointment scheduled for 10. Sowed up after 12. Tech showed up and took all measurements in his head. Quite impossible to record all those measurements. Spent 10 minutes and told me they would contact me with the estimate. over a week and no response from them

Recently, our AC went out. EP Omega Air was highly recommended, I called and spoke to Adriene and he had Alex a service tech come look at it that same day. diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quick! Everyone at this company has been professional and polite. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs!

Worst service ever. I purchased a new home in which they installed the hvac system and the quality and customer service are garbage. In order to receive a warranty on the system the components need to be registered within 60 days of taking possession of the home. Of course you can't do this yourself unless your willing to crawl up in the attic and search for the name of multiple companies as the three components to be registered are all different. Where do you find these names and components is a mystery. The builder told me to contact the installer (omega air) to find this information and that's where the incompetence or laziness begins. I left several messages and spoke to the customer service representative and was told they would take care of it. A month later no response. The warranty period is about to expire and the person I spoke to is on vacation. That's also the excuse I was given previously as to why my messages went unanswered. Must be nice to work for a company that lets you take that many vacations. I guess I shouldn't say work though because nobody there is doing their job as with most companies here in Texas as I have been discovering. Even the service techs that are suppose to know how to fix your system don't have a clue. That was pretty obvious when my system was set at 76 but the temperature in the house was 87. They must use poor quality components or they just don't know what they're doing because the tech tried to tell me that if you turn it down too low it stops working. He refused to check the system and wouldn't even see if there was a problem of any kind. My guess is he just didn't feel like doing his job that day. I lived in California previously and the air conditioning there works wherever you set it at without fail. I guess here in Texas they just don't know what they're doing. Maybe they should go to school out there and learn how to do things the right way. As for omega air look elsewhere for service or any other needs because they just don't or can't do their jobs from the office to the techs.
