Ya know...I had high hopes about this place. I came here looking for a particular braiding hair of a certain length. I didn't see what I thought I needed the first time, so after getting more information I decided to return and look again. I liked the store in general. There's a lot of products and a great shopping store for stylists, wholesalers, barber shops and nail salons, including the general public. Unfortunately the first time, I felt like I was being watched and followed but didn't want to admit it. After reading reviews I realize it's a thing here. Well, on my second visit not only was I being watched and followed, I was approached by an employee who was sent over as a messenger to complain that my 2 toddler children were making a mess in the store, which they were not. Did they touch things? Yes, and put them back just like their mother. I told them I would leave...and I did. I will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone. Not happy with the customer service here at all. Thanks to a recommendation from Next Door neighbors, I went to Wig Paradise on Dryer and it was amazing! A further drive, but worth it and highly recommended. They had what I needed and they even offered my kids dum dum lollipops on our way out. They also give military discounts. Night and day! Forget EP Beauty. Enjoy the photos tho.

This business sadly suffers from the high volume of people being a threat before given the chance to be proven wrong. The presumption that everyone who is black or brown is a thief is deeply embedded within this institution. All I wanted to do was look at an item I was interested in buying and the sales clerk would not allow me to view what I wanted to purchase because of house policy. The owner stepped over to intervene possibly fearing that there would possibly be a potential problem. As someone who is struggling with his own business, I find it shameful that we have to still experience this today based solely on our complexion, sex or worst of all stereotype. I have no intention of harming, rubbing or posing any ill will toward anyone and I find myself having a personal grievance with establishment because of their behavior. You hire people from the community to serve the people in the community and yet treat the community with passive aggressive intentions. If you feel so uncomfortable about the local Community shopping at your store then I strongly suggest you consider closing your doors indefinitely.I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

The business was nice enough to help the community with the pandemic in selling facemask . However all the first 3 face mask used had been defective. I am trying to call them since I bought 10 pieces for 40 dollars.

So I used to like shopping here, I preferred it over several other in the area , but not anymore. Their customer service is terrible. I was being helped and the girl walked off 4 times, to help others, leaving me standing there. The prices are way too high for crap quality. Their wigs say 360 degrees and barely 180 some times not even that. Half the girls there know nothing about hair. Literally just making things up as they go along. Either train them or don't hire them. Oh, the little Lady in the back staring at the cameras like her life depends on it, (is that all you do all day??) always has someone come to me to tell my kids they are NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANYTHING. Meanwhile, other kids are literally playing with everything in the store and breaking things. Idk if it's racism, prejudice, or a coincidence that she just happens to, somehow, not see other kids, but it happens almost every time, and the workers tell me the lady in the back asked them to come tell me. I'd rather drive all the way to the other side of town and shop at Wig Paradise @5622 Dyer or just order online. I will not be shopping here ever again, nor will any of my family and friends. And to be clear, every time I have shopped here I have spent hundreds of dollars. I do wanna say the guy owner, Mike, maybe, he's always cool. He just needs to send camera lady home, hire better staff, and invest in better quality product or lower his prices to reflect the lesser quality...

As a lover of all things nails (and saving money), I've visited this shop on multiple occasions to purchase nail gel polishes, nail art glitters, nail tools, even the L.A. Girl concealers. There has never been a time where I have walked in and never been greeted. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always takes me directly to the item I am looking for, even through my jumbled explanations of said item. My husband has also purchased the Suavecito pomade for his hair, after-shave and Derby razor blades for his safety double-edge razor here. I love EP beauty! So glad I don't have to venture downtown for my nail needs.

I purchased a dip nail kit from this place for $100 ...... it was incomplete and the owner would not give me the piece that was missing or return the kit. Of course..... he would offer to sell me the piece that was missing from the kit!!!!Also told me to call the company that made the kit. Kept making every excuse to NOT honor the missing piece Beware this is a crooked company that is all about making a buck rather than being an honest company. HORRIBLE STORE..... MAKE SURE YOUR KITS ARE COMPLETE BEFORE LEAVING STORE!!

Rude owner! He is not a nice person. I love the prices and everything in that store but he makes me feel uncomfortable

They sale expired product. Went in for an exchange and they tried to make me pay more! Waisted my morning at this place

DO NOT SHOP HERE SCAMMMMEEERRRRRRRSSSSSS!!!!!!!I go return an e file that i never even got to use because it never even worked righti make 100% sure the package is complete. and all of a sudden when they take it to the back to check it apparently things go missing DO NOT SHOP HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH FUCKING THIEFS!!!!! If i could give it a zero i would worst people ever
