I brought in my new frames on October 8 to have prescription lenses added, spending over $800 total -- $364 on lenses and the rest on frames -- and over five weeks later, I still don't have my glasses. They repeatedly blamed the delay on insurance approval, but when I contacted my insurance company, I learned they didn't even process the claim until October 24. I feel misled and extremely disappointed.Three days ago, I informed them that I needed to cancel the order and pick up my frames immediately, as I'm leaving the country and cannot wait any longer. Despite multiple calls, they showed little urgency or respect for my time. Their communication has been unprofessional, and they've shown a shocking disregard for customer needs. Now, I'm left without my prescription glasses or my frames, unsure of what to do next. I want my money and frames returned.This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I strongly urge anyone considering Envision Eye Care to go elsewhere.

ALL TRUST is lost at Envision Eye Care! Having been a loyal patient for over 35 years means absolutely nothing to this business! All it is now is a name, and it has lost all credibility since even their very doctors themselves have run out the door! They push "virtual" eye exams because they are dangerously short-staffed, and have a horrible attitude about requesting to see a doctor for an in person appointment! How dare we want to see a doctor in person! I will take my family elsewhere to find a reputable eye doctor! Not recommended whatsoever! 0/5!

Went to this place, which I thought was supposed to be good and experienced the worst customer service. The technician that took me back to check my eyes was named Ruby and she was so rude. She was very rough with my eye, and when I told her I could not do a certain procedure, she was even ruder. I asked her several times if I could please see the doctor to see if he could forgo this one procedure and she said I could not. I had to leave the room because she was being so rude to me and when I asked to have another technician, they said that I had to reschedule for another day, and never was able to see the doctor.

Never had a problem with this business even though the doctors have changed over the years. In fact I was just there last week without an appointment to have glasses fixed and the service was prompt and friendly even though they were crowded. They probably should open on Saturdays though. It is hard for people to make weekday appointments.

This year I made my second visit to Envision Eyecare and for the second year I have had a great experience. The staff is always personable and the wait times have been reasonable. I saw Dr Ken and he answered all of my questions and showed me a couple of things I had not seen before. I did the eye mapping exam and was happy to hear and see that all is normal with my eyes. I am happy to recommend Envision Eyecare to everyone!

Not a great start, but it ended up okay. Contacts lenses can take a while. I was initially disappointed, but the technician was really good.

Stopped coming 2 years ago because of "Irene" who refused to look up my insurance BEFORE my appt (even though I had been with them for 5 years prior)! Recently made an appt and called that I'd be late due to traffic "Monica" said I had a 10 minute grace period. Got there at 10 mins and said I'd have to reschedule...even though there was no one in the waiting room!! They must have ads for worst customer service to hire such ppl...I'm done with them and taking my Mom else where!!

Showed up for my appointment on time,filled out paperwork and was told to have a seat. Sat there for an hour. Another patient came in stated she had an appointment and was taken back as soon as she got there. So I asked at the front desk what was going on and they said they couldn't find my chart. Would NOT recommend this to my co-workers. To bad, I really needed glasses.

Went here previously and had bad experience but had to return due to insurance change. Had another bad experience and not sure I will return. Rude office staff, gruff and lack personal people skills which you should have dealing with the public. Doctor is great and professional. His staff is running the business. Learn how to treat customers!!!
