If you're looking for the best, Dr. Goff and her team are the best out there. They're friendly and accommodating. I recently had an emergency. The staff fit me in the same day and I was able to see both Dr Goff and Dr Z rather quickly. I've been a patient of Dr.Goff's for over 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's efficient and thorough. She's taken care of my eyes from the time I started wearing glasses. She fitted them for glasses, contacts(despite heavy stigmatism) and we have discussed corrective surgery as well. If you're looking for good people, she's your Doc.

Terrible service, terrible product. I'm not going back there for anything. I had an eye exam and the prescription they gave me was not suitable for glasses.They made some adjustments and it came out worse. And I had to wait two months to have an appointment because I had to see the same optometrist who had seen me before. I was never happy with glasses.After 6 months the lenses of the glasses started to crack. During the waiting time, I lost my glasses. When they called me, two weeks later, they wanted $150.00 for not having the frame.Paying for a product that wasn't good from the start, no way. I'm just saying that I won't go back there.

Great contact exam! I was impressed with the attention to detail the staff has with covid precautions. I love love this place. The doctor is amazing very professional and explains everything! My contacts fit perfect .. recommend this place. 5 star all the way !!!

My mom came to visit from out of state. While we were out her glasses fell and the frame bent. We walked in here to see if there was anything to be done. The ladies were Very helpful. Fixed the frame with ease and didn't charge anything. Good customer service is always appreciated especially because they weren't obligated to help.

I spent a lot of time researching optometrists before choosing Envision Eyecare and Dr. Ellsesser. I was delighted with my decision. The entire staff was friendly and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. The technician, Jennifer, spent a considerable time with, including a thorough medical history and extensive eye exam, the most in depth I had ever experienced. Following the preliminary exam by Jennifer, Dr. Ellsesser saw me and she too spent far more time with me than any doctor ever. The focus was very patient-oriented and there was no rush. This was my fourth optometric visit within two months because I was dissatisfied with the previous three exams and my prescriptions were all radically different. Dr. Ellsesser invested lots of time to fine tune the prescription and explained my condition to me. I am extremely happy with the entire experience of this practice and have no reason to see any other doctor in the future other than Dr. Ellsesser or Envision Optics.
