Enhanced Carpet Cleaning

I had stains in my truck that were literally over a decade old. It never occurred to me to contact a carpet cleaning company to remove the stains because I figured some place like Mister Carwash would be able to provide a similar service. Alas, I drove around the outskirts of El Paso with gnarly beverage and food stains in the backseat like the overworked goober that I am.And I say all of this to say...thank karma for Enhanced Carpet Cleaning. Because they do a lot more than just shampoo carpets.To say this place is severely underrated is an understatement. At present, I've had them remove stains from my hallway and stair carpet, my living room sectional, and just recently...my beloved Batmobile of a truck. Now, I am no longer driving around like an overworked goober. I'm truckin' the busy streets of El Paso like Batman in Gotham city: in style, baby!The hours state they are a 24/7 service. To the best of my knowledge, this appears to be true. They came to my house on a national holiday, the phone service rep is almost always available (or the calls get forwarded to a cell phone), and most importantly...they let YOU, the customer, make the call on when they should show up.One caveat though: if you schedule them on a holiday, be aware they may have some dude randomly decide to take the day off and invariably short staff their team in the process; thus causing them to arrive later than scheduled. I don't really count that against the company themselves though, just the individual. Hopefully they reprimand him, but...I digress.The bottom line: Enhanced Carpet Cleaning is now my go-to for stain removal, be it carpet or any assorted furniture. The prices are very fair and affordable. I mean, I used to go with Stanley Steemer and noticed a HUGE difference in price once I started using Enhanced instead. Be sure to call the company first and receive a quote before proceeding to request service. Everything is pretty much done by phone, including payment. So, just be aware you may have to give your card number over the phone; or else you can just pay cash. That said, my only complaint is I wish they'd accept some form of digital payment (Apple Pay, PayPal, something..). It's 2019. C'mon. There's zero excuse not to have this.Minor caveats aside, I'm giving Enhanced Carpet Cleaning 4 stain free Batmobiles patrolling the busy streets of Gotham out of 5.

Quick correspondence from these guys but that doesn't make up for the lack of customer service as well as the change in price. They advertised a special for $36.99 for two rooms, I asked about it and they said they'd give me a no obligation quote. I needed one room and one carpet rug done. One of the guys came over, said it would be $35 per room. I messaged the original guy and told him I had found a better price but contacted them because or the special. He told me he would do $45 and only one time which was fine. The guy shows up the next morning after I moved all the furniture and such around and tells me they won't honor that price, the other guy was too scared to tell me and it would be $35 a room. I told them no thanks and they could go. They said the rug didn't qualify as a room, even though it's the size of an average room and it is carpet, nothing special. I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so.

Customer service was pretty good making the arrangements. However, 15 min before the scheduled appointment (planned for 2 months in advance) they cancelled. His machine broke and the other guys were in a different location unable to come for back up. Our final inspection for clearing housing on post is tomorrow afternoon so I've had to make several calls for a different company to come. Not happy and very stressful. Finally got someone else to come do it after asking 9 other companies who are all booked today.

We called Enhanced Carpet Cleaning to do our living room and dining room. When I called them, it was on short notice, and they were eager to accommodate my schedule. The gentlemen came on time, they were extremely courteous and polite, and they did a great job on the carpet. They got out stains that had been there for God knows how long (with a one-year-old and a dog, there was plenty to clean.) I was absolutely thrilled with the results, and I absolutely will be calling them again. David and his associate did an awesome job- thanks guys!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! LIE ABOUT THE RUGS BEING CLEANED AND DELIVER THEM DIRTY JUST AS THEY PICKED THEM UP!!After having a bad experience (summarized below), I called and talked to a manger and asked if I could get a $35 credit since the technician delivered a dirty rug just as he had taken it and it took them 2 weeks to clean it.The manager was VERY RUDE and was not letting speak. As I was trying to ask him a question, he kept on talking over me, stating I could write a complaint letter and send it to their PO Box and they would review it. The manager never accepted the company did anything wrong even when their receptionist visually inspected the rug being dirty and knowing his technician delivered it that way and lied about it being cleaned. He was very ARROGANT and did not care about retaining me as a customer.EXPERIENCE:The technician cleaned the bedroom carpet and he took a rug as he stated it would be better cleaned at his office. The rug wasn't delivered as promised (two days later) and only after calling was delivered the next day. After the technician left, I looked at the rug and it WAS STILL DIRTY. EXACTLY AS HE HAD TAKEN IT.I took the rug to their office and I showed the receptionist. She confirmed that it was NOT CLEAN. She told me that they would make sure to get it cleaned and would call me when it was ready.After a week, I called as I still had not received notification about the rug being ready. The gentlemen that answered told me that it was drying, but there was no way he could know that as I did not give him any of my information. Later that afternoon, the rug was delivered. It was cleaned but average at best. A slight scent of dog urine is still present.
