Every step of the way the crew exhibited a high level of professionalism. They kept us well informed about the work schedule due to some unexpected weather conditions. We enjoyed seeing the house being painted and having this crew onsite was no inconvenience. They respected our property and their work reflected the respect they have for quality work. Both the painting of the house and the wood treatment has improved our home immensely. Great job, would highly recommend.

We had a member of thieir staff come by to look at the work we needed done (with would have been several thousand in revenue) and we were instructed to give them a week or two for quote. After 20 days I reached out to the main phone number and the lady who answered said they had yet to receive quote. I asked if she knew when they may know and she blew me off and said we just needed to wait. A week more and I contacted the man who came to the house directly, he told me he would call their distributor to follow up personally. He contacted me later that day and informed me the distributor never received the request in the first place and that he would call me "for Sure" the following day with the quote. Needless to say no follow up call/text ever came. When I text again a couple days later, thinking maybe he just got busy. Unfortunately, he never responded back. Very unprofessional. If they can't even bother to follow through on a quote, I'd hate to see how unprofessional they are in their work. To me it doesn't matter how long a company is around, if you aren't holding your staff accountable, you WILL lose business and your name will follow. I hope the owners and management start to look into these issues. It's been months and no call nor email ever happened. This is to help inform community.
