Manager is rude, nasty. Has no compassion for the elderly or people with special needs. When speaking to manager she was very rude. Only concerned with money and no regards for tenant with good long history.

I've been here about 2 months. Several things I was told before moving in seem to have fallen into the amnesia bucket. Little things like I'm in the dark here because my outside lightpost doesn't work and I can't get into the back porch fixture to change the bulb. Also I was told I would have a 5x8 storage unit outside but it's not here. Lastly, for now, I don't have a railing in my closet to hang my clothing. I've made management aware several times. Now the manager quit due to corporate demands. I'm very worried.
