Elton's Dueling Pianos

I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short for several reasons.1. Cover was $10 cash or $15 card per person. Such a huge difference between cash and card is a bit much, especially to be packed into a small table in a crowded space.2. Getting service was damn near impossible. They were way too busy to only have a couple servers handling all of the tables there. The servers were definitely doing their best and it wasn't their fault, just a LOT going on.3. The drinks were $15 and honestly, they really just weren't great. I'd just get a typical mixed drink or beer rather than a cocktail on their menu.The people performing were super talented and entertaining, which is why I rated it a 3 out of 5. Overall, it's worth checking out for the experience if you're interested, but not somewhere I'd rave about.

Attended the soft opening of Elton's Dueling Piano Bar and caught this AMAZING interactive performance! The line between performance and interaction blurs here at this piano bar...it's immensely entertaining and just pure FUN! This was one of the most entertaining venues I've been to in El Paso. They have it all, strong drinks, charcuterie plates, fun staff, and amazing piano hosts and players! It's a mix between a bar, comedy tour, piano bar and interactive theatre. Big fun in the city of the sun. Paid $90 for 2 seats and felt it was worth it. Then I find out that I got a $60 drink credit with that purchase, whoa, even better. Go sing it up, drink it up, and live it up at Elton's.

Great place, but table reserved for us was not reserved. Owner said we reserved too late. Sad about poor service.

We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary with the heaps of the fantastic musicians and wonderful staff. Such much fun and great entertainment. Highly recommend

The 1st and only dueling piano bar in El Paso! It's a must-visit when in downtown El Paso! Or a place to bring family while visiting! Just make a reservation beforehand because seats go fast! They also did a beautiful job at restoring this building from 1914!

The music/entertainment was great -- exceptionally talented. And the bartender and staff went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time. I highly recommend this venue.

We attended the Rocketman Experience last night and had a fantastic time! I even had a fun, tasty, and refreshing mocktail. Our server was THE BEST. The gentleman from London, Tom Cridland, is very talented. I enjoyed listening to all of Elton John's hits. We were even given Elton's Dueling Pianos' keychains. The bathrooms were never too busy and were very clean.

We paid $15 per person and an additional $300 for 3 tables. Upon arrival, our tables were given away. Although we decided to leave after only a few minutes we requested a refund. The owner said since we walked into the place, he would not refund us. Awful service, specially coming from the actual owner!

$10 cash or $15 card. We didn't know but it's best to make a reservation. The pianists were great singers and interactEd with the audience. Service was great and made sure we were comfortable. We lots of fun and this was something unique to do in Union Plaza!
