Came looking for a floor length full sequined gown for an event. They have dresses galore and so much more! They have a fabulous gift section-hey do you Christmas shopping here!!!!The only reason I gave it three stars is because I am orthopedically challenged and have some difficulty with stairs and the sections are on different levels.

We walked in to look for my daughter's prom dress and we were blown away by how much this boutique has to offer! The staff treated us like royalty! I gave them our budget and the dress we found came in under budget! 100% recommend!

its been a while before this visit, but it's great to see this fashion oasis still keeping El Paso classy, elegant & RELEVANT. I love that Trish & the other ladies make me feel like the only customer in a room with so many other customers.

Can I just say this place is so cute inside! It has a section for prom dresses, mother of the bride, a boutique section, and then bridal gowns. I came to look for a bridal gown and had shopped at 2 other stores before. Ella Blu had a large selection and expert consultants. I worked with Pam who made my mom and I feel welcomed. She listened to what I wanted and said more than the generic, this is a beautiful dress and that looks good on you on every thing I touched. The dresses seemed to of better quality than some of the other places I've looked at. I felt like I made an informed decision with Pam and said yes to the dress!! I will definitely come back to shop for my mom's dress!

I have had the WORST experience with this place ! Yes their dresses are beautiful but their customer service is the worst of the worst .I had to order a bridesmaid dress , the sales woman was very nice at first . She measured me , and tells me I am a size 8 .I Inform her i think I need a smaller size . The dress is one of those that are tight around the torso and lose around the hips .I say maybe a 6 or a 4 .She then tells me , according to the chart I'm an 8 and reassured me It will fit me fine . I take a deep breath and think : she knows what hat she's doing she's a professional . So she asks me to sign a form where I accept to order a size 8 .I ask her if she's sure it will fit me . Yes yes it will fit fine .i sign ..When the dress arrived and I went in to try it on . It was huge on me ! But I knew this was gonna happen . I'm already upset because they wouldn't listen to me .She suggests I go with one of her seamstresses so I schedule an appointment but I made them aware that I was disappointed with their measuring skills . The seamstress is super nice she quotes me for $100 because now she has to cut like 2 inches of each side to make it fit me .I complain to Romie and tell her that I think it is outrageous that i have to pay $100 for alterations on a dress that THE SALESPERSON told me would fit .They say the seamstress will give me a discount .At this point I'm like wait a minute , why is she giving me a discount when it was the stores fault ! The seamstress is an independent contractor they say and she's charging you too much anyway .Um no , she practically had to remake the dress because they ordered the wrong size . She needs to get the money she's owed for her hard work . It is just not fair The front desk clerk then (raising her voice )acuses me of telling them they are stealing from their employees.Wow , her tone , her customer service skills . Deplorable .She should not be in front desk . I did not acuse them of such thing . I was stating that they should take responsibility for their wrong doings and not have other people Pay the price because they can't be humble and cover the price of the alterations since it was their FAULT.I was not complaining of the seamstress she was the sweetest person . She did an amazing job and was always nice . I wouldn't have minded paying if I knew the dress had been ordered correctly by the sales woman . But since it was their wrong doing I feel they should cover it but of course they didn't . Big stores never lose . What little integrity and honesty from their part . Never again !

I had such a wonderful experience trying on wedding dresses at Ella Blu. I had my sister and Mom with me. Deciding to try on dresses was extremely last minute but we decided to "just look" since we were all in town together for Thanksgiving. My sister made an appointment for me online. She actually had booked two other appointments at two different boutiques as well to "keep my options open" and the following morning, Ella Blu was the only boutique to personally call me to confirm my appointment and express how excited they were to help me find my wedding dress. Romie was my stylist and I couldn't have been more happy with her services. I was really nervous and Romie made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was very personal and genuine when asking questions about my wedding. I highly recommend requesting Romie helping you choose your perfect dress. Thank you Romie and the Bella Bridal team!

I went to Ella Blu to find my wedding dress and was truly blown away! Crystal was so amazing and incredibly patient with me. It was my first time trying on dresses, and wasn't even really sure what I wanted. She was so sweet, and gave me her honest opinions about dresses I was on the fence about. I found my dream dress and truly have to thank Crystal for that. I would 100% recommend going to Ella Blu for getting your wedding dress!

Fake customer service. Went in to look at Quincenera dresses. On lady told us to head to the back of store, meaning they do sell quince/bridal dresses. The lady at the dress counter stared us down and told us they didn't sell them. HMMMMMM.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-UNKIND & UNPROFESSIONALI went into Ella Blu happy and excited about trying on dresses.The owner was so rude and condescending. She kept making me feel small and dumb, like I didn't know what I wanted.She kept scoffing and rolling her eyes when I was sharing with her the special details of my wedding.Her pride made it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, where she told me she helps "all the girls" who are like me. She was leaning against the wall, arms crossed, bored looking while she was sighing a bunch. I felt very unwelcome.I had a certain style in mind and she told me it looked like a cocktail dress just so I would buy one of her dresses. The price of each dress is over 1,000 and they didn't have what I wanted.It was a ruined experience, and a shame, really.

Pam was my wedding gown specialist/stylist and she was an absolute DREAM come TRUE! The bridal shop is SO cute and has a very wide selection - Pam asked and attentively listened to what I wanted in a wedding dress and found the perfect dress for me. I want to add some lining and sleeves to the dress for a more modest look and Pam made me feel 110% confident that can be done and that it would look great. I am so so pleased with my wedding dress shopping here at Ella Blu! Not to mention the sweet girls that work there also reassuring and complimenting me while I was in my dress. It was so magical!
