El Sazon de Mi Abuela

Good food and service in a family environment. We were there for breakfast from out of town and will definitely go back the next time we are in El Paso.

Delicious food, definitely recommend. I came in hungry and this was my first time ever going, It looked like a nice place to eat. I ordered a menudo, which was very delicious and had a lot of flavor. I also ordered a combination plate, and the variety of the plate allowed me to try a bit of everything, and it was fantastic. Definitely coming back in the future, 10/10.

This is our second visit. Our first experience was positive on the food (Sunday breakfast of a large menudo and green chile with eggs). The place was a bit hot unless you sat directly under an air vent. Unfortunately we had a table close to the kitchen counter. I thought they could at least make the environment cool enough to enjoy a focus on the meal. When I received my check and saw the total of $35 plus tip, I thought the overall experience was not a good value for a pretty standard Mexican food menu. I planned on visiting sparsely at best in the future. Fast forward 3 weeks later, another Sunday in the mood for a Mexican breakfast and we considered a few places but they were out of menudo by noon, so I thought let's give this establishment another try. This time we made sure to sit by an air vent. I was a bit more confident to order a small menudo plus a bacon and eggs plate (I was making this a meal to last all day) plus my wife had picadillo and eggs plus 2 coffees for us. Again I was surprised that the bill was just over $50 plus tip (I forgot mention credit card up charge). This alone has me at the conclusion, this is far from a decent value. There is far too many places that have the same menu quality, better ambiance, and comfortable room temperature (in the summer heat). I hope they see a business opportunity to invest in these.

Great service, even better food. Prices are great and reasonable servings! The huevos rancheros are so yummy in the white chile con queso sauce. If you're in for chilaquiles they are so flavorful and topped with a tomatillo sauce. Highly recommend this spot.

Excellent menudo! I enjoyed it very much. I am very much looking forward to going back to sample other parts of the menu!

Excellent Mexican food, great customer service.....must try their Fish al Mojo de Ajo.....flavorful.

Got the huevos rancheros and weren't that good as they weren't like traditional. Had like rajas sauce. Service was ok.

Food is delicious and the service is professional and friendly. Whether it is breakfast or lunch you will leave satisfied.

23 bucks for two menudos full of pozole not much flavor no returning for us..Menudo

Delicious food. Fast service. Friendly staffThe one criticism I have is regarding their pancakes who are super bland. But with so many other delicious things on their menu, no complaints!
