Quick stop for lunch. They've got comida corrida 3 different types of soup and 3 selections however if u puck tacos u get to choose what kind. Friendly fast service and their chips and salsa are super yum! The soup was yum! The tacos were yum too! They come with just beans but they were good too. It's a great spot for soup as everyone's soup looked so good! Lunch was a bit high on price 10 bux but it was good so that's a plus.

The bigger location is hundreds of times better than where they were, although parking can be a bit tricky (its behind the location) having the bigger space allows for a much more comfortable eating experience. Pros of this place? You get some tostadas and a delicious salsa to start, I don't care where you go if they start you off with tostadas and salsa you get an automatic star just for that. Their breakfast and lunch menu is good, but what i like best is their comida corridas, Consider it a Daily Lunch Special that includes a caldo de res o pollo (beef or chicken) the plate of the day and a little added dessert.Their lunch and dinner menu is pretty good as well, with their parrillada being the best option for couples looking to share some good food.

New, bigger location! Across the street at 706 N Piedras. Clean and nice. Super friendly people. Prices are very reasonable and food is tasty. Delicious! Chile rellenos were outstanding. Tacos and flautas were also.

The appearance at first I thought looked a little sketchy. Walking in is odd because we weren't greeted. We Sat down looked around a bit before they came over. The waitress was nice, brought menu & took drink order pretty quick. The place doesn't look to be very clean. Guest area is Dirty so I imagine back/cooking area to be dirty! Took food to go, so not sure how follow up service is. I ordered the toTorta a la Mexicana, was good, but they forgot to put the beans. 4 stars because place looks dirty and hate when you leave and your order isn't how you order it!

This place brings back memories of eating lunch with my mother. She loves thee it tortas! At first glance this place seems small but it is cozy. The flavor of the caldo de albóndigas is intense. It has a spice of its own but they give you an option of adding more spice with their deliciously hot salsa. The carrots and celery give it its unique taste complimented with large albóndigas. You can also add lime to give it an extra kick. It is complimented with rice and corn tortillas. This soup is served Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a must try.

The first time I ate here, I fell in love with their green salsas, not just the jalapeno salsa with the chips, but the green chile enchilada saice and the hearty chile verde... delicate on first taste, then robust afterwards, with no bitter aftertaste... I think you'll love it here.
