Super selection. Everything from American to Mexican pastries. Room on the side to eat on location if you want. Vustomer service is good. They will speak Spanish first, which can be annoying, but this is El Paso.

PLEASE READ!!!:Horrible customer service interactions and ability to understand an order in English!!!!The food is great, but the service will make a person NOT ever want to revisit this location.The woman at the register, late 40's to early 50's, that only speaks Spanish, and coincidentally has no name on her shirt to identify who she is, is the rudest and most seemingly entitled person working at the register. She should be put elsewhere, where there are NO customer interactions. Here are a few points that I have personally experienced with this employee: * Doesn't understand English * Rude to customers upon interactions * Rushes to input an order without understanding what the customer wants * Rolls her eyes at me as if I am bothering her by making an order * Smearks as she walks away from me as if she is upset * Inputs the wrong order and tries to blame the customer * Talking to the kitchen staff about the wrong order, saying it was the customers fault "Hello, there are cameras, so please review her interactions with customers" * Speaking disrespectful about customers in Spanish, under her breath, as if she is not being recorded or heardThis visit was today, 6/26/2024, and I have had many visits here before because I love the food, just not the service. Every time I enter this establishment, I hope that she is NOT working that day, so I don't have to go through another horrible experience. This woman should be reviewed by the cameras to observe her demeanor and interactions with customers.Kudos to the younger woman who works there at the register. She is amazing and has always been a very professional employee. I do love the food here and have made too many visits to count, but the continued disrespectful and unnecessary conduct from this employee MUST be stopped before she causes a loss of loyal customers. Amazing. Prices areSo low, I wonder how they stay in business. The food is delicious; the pastries though.... they are what keeps me going back.

My husband and I stopped by El Prado Bakery this afternoon before heading to the movie.What a pleasant surprise!! The pastries are super tasty!!I will definitely be coming back to try the salads.The store is super cute! The staff is very friendly and will answer any questions one might have

Absolutely love their pozole but if you're going to get it, be prepared to wait in line that goes out the door! Also, you can order just the broth or caldo and I love that so much

We always make a stop when we visit El Paso, Texas. The sweet bread is outstanding, coming from DFW. The prices are great, bread is oversized and super fresh, menudo according to my husband is the best, breakfast burritos are big and tasty and the fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious. Plus the place is clean and the customer service is excellent. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Food was amazing and authentic the service was wonderful the cooks and cashiers are always very nice the interior and patio are clean and feel great to eat at. 10/10

The menudo is one of the best in El Paso y el pozole no se diga awesome the only down side is the line to get them specially on Sunday

The tamales are really and plenty of meat. The donuts are bigger than most . The menudo is nice and spicy.

I saw the big line, so I assumed that the food would be delicious, bought red tamales, bunuelos and sweet bread. I was very disappointed, the tamales were bland, the bread wasn't fluffy and the jelly inside it tasted as if it was left in the fridge for a long time. The buñuelos were good. the service was very good.
