El Paso Window

I purchased 15 replacement windows and two were the wrong size. The company refused to take them back and give me a refund or correct replacements as I had ordered. The manager said if I give them an additional $600 they will order the correct size. I returned the windows myself. They still refuse to refund my $800 they charged for the wrong size. I had to get the two windows from another source. I have had to take El Paso Window Company to court to get my refund. They lie and lie to the BBB and the state consumer protection agency, and blame me for their mistake. My emails are blocked. The owners refuse to get involved, so far, and they send the manager to court and that delays the progress. He is not authorized to represent the company. The owners are Javier and Veronica Murguia, also doing business as El Paso Prime Investment (Real Estate) Inc., at the same address.
