I had a HUGE leak at my house on the main water line. After finally finding a reliable plumber he fixed the leak and a big repair bill of course. But he did tell me to take this bill to the water company and they might lower my water bill. Well I finally found the water company since the address I was given was incorrect - it was one block away. I explained my water bill repair and the lady reviewed my information and knocked off $300 from my bill. I had a $500 water bill so yes that makes a BIG difference. Now I can spend more money on eating . If you ever have a big water bill and you have to call a plumber to fix the issue, stop by the water company. You never know they may knock off some $$$ from your final bill.

This is where I've always came to pay my water bill monthly and have never had a bad experience,m. The workers taking the payment are friendly and the line is never long, for me. Once upon a time when I fell behind a month or two they were more than helpful to me and my situation and didn't make me feel less than. The security guard is very sweet and opens the door for you as well.

My Mother had a water leak and elpaso water kept us on the es phone waiting for 4 hours, before they answered , how is this possible? This company has to do better, they do charge you every month and if you have issues they cannot even answer the phone? Ridiculous

Another El Paso utility monopoly without Customer Service--well. They do but you'll have to wait "TWO-HOURS" on hold to talk with someone. Forget about simply dropping by their office: "C;ODED TO THE PUBLIC" Okay, you can access their website but if you're lucky you might be able to log-in--guess I'm not lucky . . . I know, I could always move back to . . . ah . . . No that won't work either. Better that I stay here and complain . . .
