El Paso Traffic Ticket Firm - Attorney Robert Navar

I have never had to deal with traffic violations and tickets before, but my fiancé recently accrued a few (5 tickets total on 2 separate occasions within a month of each other). I was under the impression that the police department or court would send us physical mail notifying us of our court date to give us a chance to fight the tickets, but I was wrong. We missed both court dates and received warrants for her arrest - which freaked me out and prompted me to search for "traffic ticket warrants el paso" where Attorney Robert Navar's website was one of the top results. I am quite busy and wasn't in an environment in which I could make a quick phone call, so I used the contact form on the website to get in touch with them and someone from their team got back to me within an hour and answered all of my questions.As soon as I had some free time, I called in and discussed our options with them. We simply gave them the ticket numbers and warrants over the phone, they looked up my fiancé's case, we paid them a VERY reasonable fee and were told that they'd get in touch with us as soon as something happens (all over the phone and over email).After about a month or so they got in touch with us to let us know what was going on through both phone call and email. I responded to them by email and was able to handle everything online without needing to speak to them over the phone. The only thing we had to do was go to the El Paso Municipal Court and pay a $10 fee and all charges were dropped and will eventually be expunged from my fiancé's record, to my understanding.The team at this firm was incredible and very friendly. They handled 99% of everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. I really appreciate the challenging work they did. Even if we received an unfavorable result from the judge/court, I would have given them 5 stars for their willingness to communicate with me via email and the ease of everything.Thank you all, so much!

Amazing service! I was recommended from a friend about this firm for their success rate on getting tickets reduced/dismissed and they were able to get mine dismissed! I am so grateful for that because I was just visiting the area and was accused of speeding in a construction site which was total bs but the sheriff was a big jerk and wrote me a ticket and didn't turn the ticket in till MONTHS later (i wasted my time calling every week to see if the ticket was turned it) anyway, this firm was very nice and informative and answered all my questions when i called to get more information! It's not expensive (compared to the price of a speeding ticket, it's basically NOTHING). Thank you for your amazing service and thank you for getting my ticket dismissed!!

I am completely satisfied with the work this law firm did in getting my ticket dismissed (a ticket which I felt was unwarranted). Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first. I hadn't ever contacted a traffic ticket firm and the girls I spoke to initially sounded young and used a lot of modern vernacular....so I was concerned. But, I just trusted it would be taken care of and it sure was. It took maybe 5 months, but now I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and went with this firm. If need be, I would definitely do it again.

Man ! Talk about Help. This law firm is AMAZING. Like a well oiled machine, they surround you and lift you to safety. Legal issues can be very frightening and scary to go at alone. I have personally seen how they help so many. I too have had the pleasure of seeing the many results of their efforts. I have personally had my family use them. They are batting 1000 in all instances. All issues in our cases and those we know of were taken care of VERY well.. We are very pleased. Going at it alone was not an option for us. They were able to go to court for mute and git my ticket fully dismissed. Would definitely recommend highly.

unfortunately this firm didn't work for me. I hired them for 4 tickets, and they were not able to dismiss none of them. I had to pay them, I had to pay my tickets to the city, and a couple of days ago I received another letter that I must go and pay a hearing court. Very disappointing.

Did not work for me, I needed to pay them, also the traffic ticket and I will have to attend court. Job was not done unfortunately.
