El Paso Smoke Shop

Matteo is the absolute best customer service person I've ever come across. He's always so helpful and is always there! However after doing two extremely large transactions we were made aware that the employees do not recognize compensation or even commission off those large purchases. I really hope the company remedies this and allows employees to receive some commission off of purchases over $500, other than that our favorite shop to go to thanks to Matteo and Matteo alone. Would be five stars if employees received something doing extremely large transactions.

I recently visited El Paso Smoke Shop and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. They have so many water pipes to choose from, the employee was very attentive and knowledgeable he provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this place for all your smoking needs
