El Paso Roadrunner RV Park

Not fancy but it's clean and has everything you need. The people are so freaking kind. 10/10 recommend! Thanks Roadrunner!

I am traveling across the country and had to plan this leg of my trip. I picked this park because the pictures and reviews were good. Well, I get here and no one is in the office, everything is closed....the bathroom code doesn't work and the wi-fi was awful. It was not a good stop.

When I went in to store to purchase. I asked for help they pointed to location where item was plumbing fittings. A worker walk with me there but didn't help find pieces. After purchasing items I drove to RV and one piece didn't work. I went back to exchange and the owner of part store said I will not be able to exchange!Nothing he can do? Not even trying to help find other piece that will work. I don't recommend this location so be aware.

They were easy to call and make a reservation with. Right of the 10 interstate so convenient. Checked in after hours easily. Spots seemed well maintained. We stayed one night passing through and I can definitely recommend for that purpose. Did not see other amenities, but it does look like they are expanding. There was construction of new sites being worked on. It was not too loud for us but is a consideration if road noise bothers you. We would stay again.

Easy, quick, clean. The fellow who worked there was kind and gracious! Had a quick stopover and it was perfect.

Nice lot. Nothing special. No pool. Staffs were nice. Good spot to stay for a day or two max.

Repairing my RV. Went into parts dept. more than 3days, Not very knowledgeable personnel. Parts dpt. stocked very well but could not get attendant to search or suggest a similar part. Tried to explain what i was needing, just looked at me, said what ever I saw was whatever they had. They just sent me on my merry way. Store could use more aggressive and suggested selling, but most of all lack of customer service in the parts dept.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They are in the midst of improving the property, so it's slightly in disarray. It is evident that they desire to make it better and upgraded.

Went for a part. The counter person offered no help with identifying the part. I picked one out and paid for it. Then the guy stamped the receipt saying "no returns". I don't mind paying twice what I can find the part online for since it is in stock but some service and maybe some kind of return or exchange if the part is wrong would be nice. Never again.

I just spent 10 minutes going round and round on the phone with this park. I was trying to find out about after hours policy, since it's getting late and we still have a few hours to go. I kept being told to give payment info and that receipt and map would be left for us. Explained several times that we just weren't sure if we'd make it that far, even though we'd like to and asked about after hours policy. Finally spoke with a manager, same thing... round and round. I said that I didn't want to make a no refundable payment since I'm not sure we'll get there tonight. No one could give me after hours info, just kept explaining how to prepay. I gave up! We'll go elsewhere. We were fulltime for a couple years, and still travel often... this was hands down the most frustrating conversation I've had with an RV Park.
