El Paso Optical Center

Dr. Baptiste and his staff are wonderful. I've been looking for an office like this for years. After several visits to other optometrists in and around El Paso and always leaving extremely disappointed, I'm happy to have finally found a great office. The exam was through. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Baptist is knowledgeable and friendly. The exam and fitting were a breeze. So thankful to have finally found them!

This has got to be the nicest set of people that I have ever encountered. At first I was a little put off by the fact that it was so far from my house. I got there and a gentleman met me at the door asked me if I had an appointment; I gave him my name and he made sure to check, he took all the necessary safety precautions, and I appreciate that soooo much.

Time for my yearly eye exam and my usual Dr isn't taking patients until mid December! No way. I called around and I got an appointment for a few days later here. They take all the precautions for health here seriously. Still maintaining 6 foot rule in their very clean lobby, a hand sanitizing station, and u can even wait in your car to be called. Quick service very friendly all the staff is super professional and courteous. You try on the frames u like and they sanitize the one's u tried on and didn't like as u go (Wow!) Dr Baptiste is great. He's everything u want in a doctor Professional, friendly, down to earth and even though I've got to wear bifocals now he was kind and threw in some old people jokes to ease my broken heart. I'm actually glad my usual doctor was booked bcz I found this new place and I'm actually looking forward to going next year (unless I'm told I need trifocals lol)

K so update, October 2018. Dr. Baptiste took over for Lambson and Eckery. Our family annual visit was awesome! It is good to be able to stay and continue with the same place for all our eye care needs.

First time seeing an optometrist. Staff is excellent and so are the doctors there. Was tended to very promptly upon my arrival and every exam/procedure was explained very thoroughly.

First time and last time I go there. Had an appointment at 2:15 and I got there at 2:00. Staff completely ignored me for the first 10 min until I went up to one of them and told her I had an appointment. They told me to fill out paperwork and was done pretty quick. I sat there for 30 min then got up and let them know my appointment was at 2:15. They told me to take a seat and I was next. After 15 min I decided to go up there again and let them know I was 45 min past my appointment. They said they were sorry in a sarcastic voice so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Lambson was very helpful and thorough in his exam and explanations/recommendations for treatment. I did wait a while before being seen, but Dr. Lambson personally explained and apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. This was my first visit to this office. I would go back and recommend, simply because of the professionalism and care of its Doctor.

Amazing staff and Dr. i have really bad health anxiety and was so nervous about getting my eyes dilated. They have the option to take a pic of your eyes instead so i was happy about that . They were not pushy at all to buy any glasses and were so helpful and reassuring. WouldDefinitely recommend this place .

Dr. Baptiste gave me the most thorough eye exam ever! My grandmother had sarcoidosis, which attacked her eyes and glaucoma; she went blind. So you could imagine that my eyes are important to me. Dr. B did the 3d scan and showed me the fully anatomy of my eyes. Thank God they are healthy. Also, my prescriptions have been wonderful. In 2008 I got Lasik, my vision was amazing. Dr. B's prescriptions are equally as outstanding. Furthermore, he is a nice man and the staff is pleasant. I highly recommend him.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am from Houston here on a family medical emergency and tore my contact lens. I needed a pair just to get me thru the rest of my stay here. I called several other offices in El Paso, no one wanted to help and wanted to only sell me a box. El Paso Optical were quick to help and even said "we should have them in stock come on in and we will take care of you". They are the best!! Thank you El Paso Optical you guys rock!!
