El Paso Nails

I've been looking for a new place to get my manis and pedis and now my search is finally over! One of my dear friends referred me to get my nails done with Vy and suggested that I make an appointment to minimize the wait time. It is such a cute place with good music playing. It is also very clean. One thing I noticed is that the employees seem to be genuinely happy. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. My appointment started on time. It was nice to chat with Vy. She is so nice and very efficient with her time. She did an excellent job on my manicure...my nails look AMAZING!! I've already received compliments! Great price! Great service! Can't ask for more. This place is absolutely the best of the best!

These young women do the dang thang! I have been searching for a nail shop close to my home for some time. So after having a horrible experience at Herbal nail Spa. I decided to go to El Paso nails. Darina did my nails both times and I love them. I saw another young ladies work and it was gorgeous. Come check them out

I have come to this establishment 3 times for their pedicure services. I have had some of the best pedicures I have ever had. I have my own private nail tech so this review is ONLY for their pedicure service. Darina is wonderful at what she does. She pays such great attention to detail and really wants quality over quantity. My pedicures last for a long time and haven't chipped. The price ($40) for pedicure and gel polish is more than reasonable. There is also services like massage and a hot towel that are included, that other shops will charge extra for. I have had the same pedicure but for $55-$60 at other places. The customer service has been great each time. I have no reason to go elsewhere as I am very happy here for my pedicures.

I had john today and he was pleasant and friendly. The place is clean and no funky smells. It was very busy when we walked in, I had a full set and B had both hands n feetsies done. B likes this place. She comes when it's time redo. They are trilingual there Thanks John good job and I was playing.

It was a place that had been recommended to me. It's was my first and last time to walk in there.I walked in and said hello, no one said anything to me, they did all look up at me. I get that they had people that they were taking care of; I'm standing their for a couple of minutes after I said hello and NOTHING . No, can I help you, hello or a good afternoon, until I was walking out the door.

Done going there, not customer friendly at all. I remember when they were the only nail shop this far out in the NE, that was when they treated each customer like they mattered. Now we here in the NE have many other nail salons to chose from which is awesome. EP nails is only still in business due to the customers who have continued to go their. I will not be going there any longer, Very BAD customer service. I do not recommend going there awful or no customerseevice

I'm from another state, visiting my Mother. Made an appointment for powder nails - showed the man my nails while describing what service I wanted. Come for my appointment and he acts surprised that I have powder and tells me I have to "take it off" (the old nail powder), and I tell him yes, I know.. my nail tech takes it off. After a bit more conversation I realize he just doesn't want to do powder. Complete Waste of my time. I would not recommend.

Awful. Customer service sucks. Told to come in right away...upon arrival told we can not take care of you today. Customer service sucks. Avoid this dump at all costs.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I went in today to try and get a pedicure and a full set done. I'm pregnant with twins, so anything to make me feel less of a human incubator, the better. The pedicure was great. The woman who did it for me - my hats off to you. You were very kind and the massage was great. Please know my review is NOT directed at you.She then sent me off to a man, the owner, to have my nails done. I was bummed because I liked her, but you know, I figured ah well, all I wanted was an ombre set... How hard could it be? White top blended into pink. WRONG.The owner used orange instead of pink to overlay my nails, so now they look like fat pumpkins.. he also took my "please don't make my nails wide and fat" to mean I wanted the tips to be very narrow....think stilleto but literally nowhere close to that. He filed my nails down so much on the sides that you could see my skin, and it burned. The acrylic was uneven, my middle nail on my left hand was crooked and they were UGLY. I don't mean little glitch here and there ugly, I mean I traveled to what should have been a cosmetic school and the newest student decided to do my nails ugly. I was embarrassed. So I told him no, I'm not happy. And just like all the memes and jokes suggest, he FLIPPED OUT. Told me it didn't matter if I didn't like them, he out his hard work into doing them (dude, if that's your hard work.. I suggest a new job). He said he would not continue with my nails unless I paid him the $45. I said I wanted them off. That is how bad they were - like I will pay full price JUST TO TAKE THE ORANGE MONSTROSITIES OFF. He agreed, so I paid.Then he changed his mind. Said if I wanted them off, now I'd have to pay $15 more. So I got angry. Pregnant angry... You know, the kind you have no control over because you're crying and yelling and really wanting chocolate all at the same time. I told him to sit down and finish my nails then. He continued to argue with me. I may or may not have used adult words at this point. I told him to at least finish the damn nail set since I paid and to please stop talking. He said I was the worst customer he's had in 20 years. I cried. I went to Walgreens, bought 100% acetone and soaked them off myself at home, $45 later. Please pick a different shop. This was humiliating and didn't need to happen. There was no customer service here at all. He provided a service and the service was bad... It's not personal, but it is my right to say, "Hey, these look like bad, fix them." Steer clear. Go to the many, many other shops in the area. Trust me.
