Horrific to say the least. 3 hours into our trip the restroom stopped working. it stunk to high hell for the next 10 hours for the people that were sitting in the back. My seat had a sharp edge that ripped my pant and poked me so har it hurt when I sat down. it was the cable that was cut from where you clasp you seat belt. it had been cut and cables exposed. we stopped at the Phoenix station and they didn't let us go to the restroom, said it would take too long. Left and they stopped 10 minutes further up at a gas station. when I mentioned to the driver about the restroom, he had the nerve to tell me that it was our fault we clogged it with paper. When it was actually that the water wasn't coming down to flush. We have been using theses buses for years and they are getting worse every time. They are literally Disgusting! Never again, I rather fly even if I pay a bit more. It changed since the original older gentlemen was alive , the owner. I don't know what his kids are doing. Its a shame they are not maintaining what their father created.

I use this company not only for transportation but to send packages, I've been doing this for over 10 years, I should really find another way of sending my packages because every single time I do there's always a problem like what happened to me on 12/22/22 I send the package to my son from Las Cruces New Mexico to Los Angeles California bus station and of course it was a problem, Las Cruces does their packaging manually and I guess the rest of the company didn't know that because when I called to verify if the package had arrived I had to give them a folio number which I did not have because the bus station in Las Cruces machine does it work therefore they do it manually and they don't give a folio number but like I said the rest of the company didn't know this so there's lack of communication between them, so I called the call center which was a very big mistake because the young lady called Audrey which took me forever to get her name, had to do many calls to get her name finally I spoke to Edgar after many hours of being on the phone to file a formal report against her about her being very rude and disrespectful to me a customer but Edgar who is supposedly the manager also was rude and condescending and unprofessional for being a manager, I don't know if this company even cares how customers are treated but they should, so in conclusion don't use this company and if you do be prepared for unprofessional rude condescending customer service and if you plan to make a complaint good luck because they don't give out their names so you really don't know who you're talking to and if they do give their name you don't know if it's a real name because every number that you try to call goes directly to the call center and it looks and sounds like they run the show, in my part I will try to find another company that is better trained in customer service and give them my business because after being a customer for over 10 years I think my cup is full with the disrespect that I've received, so NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company and I will pass this information to ALL my friends and family

The night after we arrived from California,I opened my suitcase and to my surprise " there was lotion and cologne smashed/scattered throughout my clothes. After calling the El Paso,Tx terminal and learning that because of the July 4th holiday I would be unable to file a claim for my damaged camera. I placed eight calls to their "claims dept. " and to no avail ,to this day not one of my calls has been returned. Today a so called supervisor from the Los Angeles, Ca. "Stated that I could no longer file a claim because I took to long t ma ke a complaint". When I refused to accept his explanation,the guy hung up on me.

I wish I can give 0 star. The service is so so so so so so so bad!!! Everybody said their service is sucks. I took this bus when I am going back to LA. I always carry my small luggage, put it under the seat. And today, when I try to do it , the girl whose check our ticket said I can't carry the luggage with me. I try to explain to her I always carry it with me when I took this bus before. She does not listen to me and just push me 2 times. She is very rude. I think the people who works here, they never care about their customers . So please don't waste your money here. I saw all their review of yelp, it looks like they treat their customers like trash. I understand their bus is dirty and uncomfortable. But I will never forgive people who treat us so rude.

Took an ELP to TUS; all schedules went as planned. Had started as Chihuahua to ELP then TUS so bought it all together. Going through border w/ them went off easy, even on a hot day.;How else are you to skip the Juarez bus station?Almost got convinced by low reviews but the timing and price were right. So don't expect much from the station; buy online or on the phone but that's the hard part. The bag people were great and the bus had good AC and the two drivers careful.Will do again.

It's the only bus available from Denver to El Paso, so you might have to take it. There was a problem with the bathroom and the driver poured chemicals in the toilet that almost poisoned everyone on board. Happened over a year ago and I hope it never happened again. English is not generally spoken.

We stopped at a McDonalds in Deming New Mexico and instead of an order I got bullied by an anglo punk! I'm a 71 year old man coming from El Paso Texas to Los Angeles! Was refused an order but the supervisor prepared it for me! Paid for it but the hater not even gave me the change back! This was the night of Sunday October 16, 1922! Just before closing time!

If you need to get from Mexico to Albuquerque or Los Angeles or other places, this is the bus that will get you there. The buses are a little ragged but if you have no other option this is the cheapest and the seats are much roomier than Greyhound. The people are friendly at the counter. The staff is good on the phone too. It's pretty much you get what you pay for but for me it works out all the time.
