NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!!!! I wouldn't leave a star if I could. Called before I got there was told it was one rate. Got there it was ten percent more than was told. They said it's cause they quoted the wrong room. Checked in. Room was dirty. Trash in the shower. Cockroaches galore, WiFi was free but kept losing signal. When I went to talk to the person their all of a sudden they didn't speak English. Went in the morning to talk to a manager before checking out spoke great English till I said I was unhappy then he no longer understood me. NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE

Solid place to stay | Can't help the location$My friends and I come to El Paso only to climb at Hueco Tanks once a year. We're doing this as an annual thing, too. Last year we stayed at another motel just blocks away from this place, but this year we decided to try another spot. This was a better decision.Front desk is friendly, they remodeled the rooms, lots of parking, and lots of rooms. Our room had two beds, a tv, a bathroom, wifi, a small fridge, and a microwave. Those are all the basic things we need on our trips so no complaints there! I think because they don't have a table with lounge chairs, it makes the room more open. Location IS good since you are minutes away from the El Paso airport and close to Albertsons and other places to eat.No complaints with this place. I will note, however, during our stay there was police action that occurred behind our building. Someone who was staying at the place got in trouble with the police. It is important that I say the owner was not tied to any of that, it was just an unfortunate thing that happened during our stay. We had a completely good experience here. Just keep in mind that Juarez is only a couple miles away.

Great value for only $40 a night. Friendly service. Pretty cozy. All wood floors, clean, microwave, fridge, and free high-speed wifi--what a deal! Small room, but a big bed. Again, can't beat that price. The only negative is that there is no hair dryer or shampoo/conditioner in the rooms. And the surrounding area is a little shady, but maybe that's the West LA in me talking.

not bad for the rate, but the guy at the front desk is so rude you want to smack him. Otherwise Ok. I would have given another star if the front desk person had a better and more courteous attitude.

I like this little hotel. It's not a Hilton that's for sure but if you just need a place to crash and then leave the next morning this is the place to stay.I think we paid about 50usd per night. My 2 gripes are; the filthy floor and the shower/ low water pressure. The floors need to be mopped every day. It's pretty bad when you take a shower and notice your feet are all black from walking on the floor. The water pressure isn't very good which for me is a big thing.

My daughter, (who is pretty picky) and I both thought this was a great deal. Centrally located, close to so much. Rooms were clean. I think having laminate or hardwood floors instead of carpet helped. Guy at front desk was very nice and helpful. We stayed 9 nights and my only complaint was that the bed is very hard. Instead of box springs the mattresses were on wooden platforms. Too hard for me, but my daughter thought it was great. Free Wi-Fi, HBO.

Best bang for your buck. Clean rooms, front desk personnel are very hospitable and will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I've checked in multiple times at various hours of the day and night and have never had any issue. When i was not satisfied with the room the front desk immediately moved me to different room to accommodate my needs. This is the go to place for every time i'm in El Paso. Highly recommend to future visitors!!! Plenty of places to eat and conveniently located next to El Paso international, downtown and the zoo

The front desk manager was friendly and nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable if you like a type of temperpedic type if bed. It doesn't move a lot or make a lot of noise which is perfect to have a good nights rest. Only problem I had was with a few small things inside the room. The alarm clock didn't work there was no batteries in it. Some if our towels before use after being unfolded for my shower had some black stains on it, so they need to be washed a bit better. I would suggest softer towels because it feels really rough on the body. On the sink there is a tray with cups and your ice buckets and it was extremely dirty with some stains on it. I didn't like that it was not sanitary. Just a few updates would do the trick to make this a five star.
