Went in to get hair extensions.I was charged $560 and it was a total nightmare, he ruined my hair. The extensions that he put on where synthetic not real hair. This extensions were purchased at his location. I purchased the hair the straighter and products for my hair. I lost a lot of my hair my scalp was so irritated because they were put on incorrectly. I don't recommend anyone doing business with him. You will regret it. I lost a lot of my hair. My confidence. His work was not professional. He is not professional at all I lost over $800 with this person please do not make the same mistake of going there. I have reported him with the Better Business Bureau and the state of Texas.

these guys do a wonderful job. they take their time and answer all of your questions and make sure you are happy when you walk out of the door! Everyone there is exceptionally talented and friendly. I will definitely be going back. I received a color, cut and brazilian blow out- my hair feels wonderful. I also got magenta hair extensions, and they look fabulous!I recommend booking in advance, however if they have time to fit you in- they will.

Good hair, thick hair, curly hair, bad hair day? It doesn't matter, they can fix it. Claudia and Stephanie are excellent and extremely professional stylist. They know what they're doing. I'm so happy I left my previous salon and found them. You should definitely try it. You won't regret it!

This is the worst place to go for hair extensions. I have nobody to blame but myself for spending my hard earned money on a place that uses old methods for hair extensions that rip out your hair to the extreme and it's super painful to get the method they use here. DO NOT COME HERE. Overpriced and there are other places who do much better work for half the price. Waste of time and money. Scammers.

I absolutely love my hair!!! I got 22 inch extensions and a color. The environment was very pleasant and everyone was so nice. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to get their hair done here!!! Thank you so much

Love kino cano I'm from Los Angeles this is in El Paso Texas .. before I went to him I went somewhere in LA and they did bad on my hair extensions I went to kino cano in El Paso Texas and he removed the other hair Extensions did an amazing job I'm so sad that I have to go back to LA haole find another Kino Cano he's amazing I would recommend him fully he was quick inexpensive and very professional and all the staff was appropriate and welcomingI wish I can take him to Los Angeles

Very unprofessional! I arrived on time for my appointment (after calling beforehand) and there was no one there to receive me. Waited around fifteen minutes until someone popped their head from the back. Kino Is not friendly and greets you awkwardly as he tells you where to sit. Then... more waiting... not sure what he was doing, but I just kept waiting. Next, he came out and asked me what I wanted, then disappeared to the back again. Finally started on my highlights... but then a regular customer arrived, apologizing for the late request and thanking him for taking her without an appointment. For this he stopped working on my hair, greeted her and had a nice LONG chat...all the while half my hair is processing the entire time. Then he proceeded to work on BOTH of us, SIMULTANEOUSLY, no consideration that I had booked my appointment online, weeks before. After waiting hours for this process, I thought the worst was over. But then they washed my hair, and I waited another 45 minutes with wet hair while he finished her foils! All in all... my appointment took almost six hours when it should have been 3 or 4! Don't come here!!!

The owner is a terrible person! I am still shocked by the lack of unprofessionalism this person displays . I must say that I would never speak to any potential or future clients of mine in this manner . I'm just glad I was able to get this reaction from him now and not while getting any type of services from him .

Terrible, don't waste your time, payed in advance and was kicked out of their establishment. Was there at 9:30 the time of my appointment and he kicked me out for calling him because there was nobody present. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE OWNER HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING!!
