I was referred to Westside El Paso Gymnastics by a friend who has her 5 kids enrolled. They offer an American Ninja Warrior style class for kids. I went on their website to sign up for a trial class and the promptly texted me. I called them back and scheduled a class for Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I sent my husband to take the kids and he ended up on the Eastside at a gym with similar names but no affiliation any longer, they had no office staff there to tell him that he was at the wrong location. I called the Westside El Paso Gymnastics office and they told me they're no longer affiliated and that they would make up my class on Saturday. They were very clear as to the next steps which is to go to their website and create a profile and sign the waivers. We went today and it was a great experience. I felt very safe as they had limits on how many people were in the lobby, the observation room, and the classes themselves. They took our temperature before heading into the building. I observed the instructors spraying and wiping down the equipment, everyone was masked, and there were hand sanitizers everywhere. We went ahead and signed up our kids and they got a t-shirt and sweat hand bands. There is a yearly family membership fee and multiple discounts, including military, sibling, and quarterly payments discounts. Our kids were so excited and had so much fun, we ended up paying for an extra intensive that day ($5/per student) and they have parents nights out every Saturday from 6-11pm where they feed and entertain them (ratio of 10 kids/1 adult) for $18/child. What a sweet deal! They also have birthday parties but not sure when they'll actually be starting that up again. We really like this gym as the instructors have been around for years...which means less turnovers and stability. The instructors came out after each session and spoke to each parent group about their kid's progress individually. Please come out and support these local businesses. They help with kids and parents mental and physical health so much.

My daughter attended for a few months. The aides work very well and very attentive helping your child. This is a good place for kids to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics.

My girls attended the spring and summer break camps here and it was always such an awesome experience. The staff take really good care of the kids and they always had a blast and were super tired by the end of the day. The gym also contacted me an gave my kids a week free for each as a birthday gift, even though one of the birthdays had passed they honored it anyway. I never had any issues with the drop off and pick up. They make you sign your kids in and out so that everyone is accounted for. The staff knew my kids well and knew their strengths and weaknesses right away. If we weren't moving I would be putting the kids back in for summer camp again this year. We will definitely miss Elite. I would definitely recommend them to any family looking for gymnastics coaching or spring/summer camps.

Poor supervision and very unorganized. Final straw was when my daughter fell and broke her arm. Owner was never even made aware until I called to inform him 3 days later. New Coach had his back to her and didn't even realize she was hurt while doing exercises she doesn't normally do with her normal coaches. Owner Mark had no explanation, no apologies, no concerns.

My Daughter attended Gymnastics and All-Star Cheer at Gymnastics Elite West, and the only thing I can say is if you need more stress and confusion in your life then this is the place to go. When my daughter first started at Elite she did Gymnastics and Tumbling classes there were no issues, and my daughter loved going to class. My daughter started All Star Cheer in January and since then it has been nothing but downhill from there. Parents paid a booster fee to get items for the Cheer team and that includes a backpack with my daughter's name on it that was never done, shirts for parents with my daughter's name on it and that was never done. The billing was completely messed up when their manager left, charged three times in one month, and being accused several times that I had not made a payment when in fact I had to provide my bank statement more than twice to get the credit to my daughter's account. Then comes the issues with coaches, being talked down to and yelled at and being told what my daughter can and can not do at another gym because the cheer coach did not want another coach help my daughter, so she gets yelled at. My daughter did gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling we were there more then we were at home. This business claims always about fun when a 10-year-old goes and have fun and it stuck between two grown men fighting about helping her with the same thing is ridiculous and uncalled for and plain immature! The owner confronted the said coach and then he retaliated against a 10-year-old, and me for " making the owner yell at him. When I told the owner of the issues I am told " they have had issues in the past with the said coach" so it takes a 10-year-old crying and leaving a team for the owner to do something about this coach? Pretty sad when employees of the gym sends me a text apologizing for the coach's actions and the outcome of the entire situation. My opinion is to go to a different GYM unless you want a headache and problems for your child to have fun! The best thing about this place was meeting certain coaches that do care about the kids and truly love their job instead of coaches competing with each other on who is going to help a child. Poorly ran gym and more so poorly customer service from the owner himself.

My girls attended a tumbling clinic this past week. My girls liked what they learned but unfortunately we had a bad experience. One of my girls broke her arm at this facility, which I understand accidents happened but we were never called by a staff member to notify us of the accident. My daughter contacted me with her cell phone & when we arrived to pick her up she was alone crying. There was no ambulance called & no adult with her. It is not okay to not show care or compassion to a child who is at your facility with a hurt arm, crying. At no time, did anyone ask if my child was okay. I hope with this being known to the public that your facility retrains your staff on how to correctly handle situations like this.
