El Paso Gun Club

I enjoy going out to the El Paso Gun Club, but mostly because it makes me feel as though I'm in the Old West shooting, practicing for my next bank robbery.Whenever I'm out here I've never really worried about sharing a range with other people because it seems like everyone reserves their spot. You do have to have a membership to shoot here, but it's next to nothing. Without a membership you won't be given the code to unlock the gate.There isn't any store or place to eat out here so the closest stop would be back on the unpaved road to the Love's gas station. Stock up on drinks because it is always hot as hell. There are a few ranges with metal covering, but the heat will get ya.I haven't seen any unsavory characters or people messing around out here and luckily everyone seems to follow general gun safety rules, but I do wish they had employees on hand or at least someone who is there simply to enforce range rules.I like going out here and I usually have fun, it's just not the best range in EP.

The El Paso Gun Club is a nice quiet range that is very clean and safe. They have a nice variety of steel targets at various ranges and a shaded area to shoot from. The road to get there is definitely one that should not be attempted with a low slung car but a pickup truck or SUV will have no trouble.

I love shooting here . It's worth getting a membership. Plenty of space to shoot. The staff is really responsive to questions and helpful when needed.

If you are a person that enjoys recreational shooting, this range has great things to offer. Plenty of steel targets that are strategically placed from 100 to 800 yards to challenge your rifle- shooting skills, as well as a pistol-only shooting bay that allows a separate area to practice your handgun skills. In addition, there is a section of the range that is dedicated to .22 rimfire shooting, with steel targets out to 200 yards. Creature comforts include covered shooting bays, cement shooting tables, as well as easy access to porta-potties. The annual fee for members is a bargain and the range is open year-round.

Went out there for the first time to qualify for my Concealed . Nice open area well marked and a pleasures to shoot at . Thinking about membership . They need a drink or food stop even if its just junk food and water .
