I am a local average joe who needed to sell some items by chance and never have done selling of precious metals before. The overall experience here has been exceptional. I was able to call in advance and explain my item and get a rough idea of what the experience selling and buying items here would be. Once I came the experience was safe and smooth. I really enjoyed how personable, kind, and considerate all the staff were to explain to me what I had and what to expect. The staff were very transparent on pricing and never made me felt pressured in any way. I felt like the professionalism here was top tier and I have already come back since my first time. I would recommend this business to anyone and especially newbies. There are so many interesting knick knacks you can buy as gifts at this store as well. This is a great spot with lots of parking, clean spaces, and tons of security to feel very safe.
