Needed to be seen sooner than my appointment with another provider. First the Dr is so professional & explained his findings. Second he also took his time and was at no point rushed me out of his office. Third I just LOVE the selection of glasses. They offer quality products, not cheap frames, you get what you paid for. Husband wanted prescriptions sunglasses, got them & another set at an amazing price. Not to mention a great deal, for replacement lenses on frames he had purchased there 3 yrs ago!! We had purchased glasses from other places that offer amazing discounts. Those however turned out to be junk !! The metal turning skin green ! Lenses cracking around the frame, not to mention the BE READY IN 1 hr is TOTAL BULL! You want inexpensive glasses that must be replaced in less than a year, this place is not for you.

My wife saw the DR and they ordered her prescription Glasses. We waited TWO weeks nothing from them. We called 3 times to find out where her new glasses were. I mean we Paid them $62 the first day there. Now here it is two weeks and I called them and they FINALLY answered. They said, Oh they should be sent to us from the place that Makes the Glasses maybe tomorrow. Well today is that Tomorrow and I called AGAIN about her glasses. The woman says ,Oh they came in scratched from the makers and had to be sent back, How long will THAT take now? She said oh maybe a week or two. This is BS, I paid in good faith that they would honor their commitment to provide us with good customer service with their products . So here we sit, waiting another week or two and still.... My wife has NO GLASSES! Mr. AINT HAPPY! :(

The customer service is great. I have been always treated as part of the family. Every I call I get an appointment immediately. It is so wonderful to see a family business grow in Northeast El Paso. I recommend Dr. Patel to everyone. I have been his patient for about 6 years now and I wouldn't change him for anyone. When I move to the westside I plan to keep Dr. Patel as my eye doctor. Thank you for always being friendly and amazing.

This guy is a con artist do not go here here. He misdiagnosed my kids in order to sell a treatment that will cure them but its cash only. The contacts he gave us my kids couldn't even use they were so strong. And then when you try and talk to him to get your money back he refuses to see or talk to you.

What an amazing staff! They were very patient with me and took their time in the entire process. They also explained every single cost very carefully and worked with my insurance. They even called another place to check their prices so that they could give me the best price possible for my contact lenses! Highly recommend them!

How incompetent they are!! I don't understand why they could not get my prescription correctly, this is what I pay them for. Why do they not check to make sure that the prescription is what I paid for. Also, the manager is useless, not sure why they even have him there, he could not have my glasses fixed with the correct prescription and back to me within a few days. I am having to wait a hole week before I can get them.Manager also said he will call me to get me an update and I had to constantly call them and see what it the outcome of getting my eye ware.This is not the first time that they make the same mistake, I should have just stayed going with Target. In all the years that I went to Target I never had an issues, well lesson learned.Also, when I asked the manager for corporate number he gives me the number to become a partner. Again, this tells me how useless he is. Don't waist your time with this business.

One of my nose pieces on my eyeglasses broke off over the weekend. I drove to the office on Monday not knowing they were closed on Mondays. Danny Plata, the practice manager, saw me sitting at their front gate and came up and spoke with me, and personally replaced the nose piece. It's gratifying to know that there are still businesses out there willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you, Danny!

Do NOT buy glasses from El Paso Eyecare. What a RIP-OFF! If you have an eye exam take your prescription to Costco, Sam's, Walmart or any other place that has reasonable prices.I went to EP Eyecare because it was one of the few places in northeast El Paso that is in my insurance (Humana) network. I thought my insurance was going to pay up to $300 for glasses. Humana was billed $746. With their discount they paid $180 and I had to pay $356. I would have paid less than $300 at Costco, Sam's, or Walmart without using insurance.I'm mad at myself for not getting up and walking out when they started adding on fees. EP Eyecare charges $129 for anti reflective lenses, something that is free at the other places.El Paso Eyecare has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy so I'm stuck with the cheap, ugly glasses I got. Yes, other people think they look cheap too!I have also filed a complaint with Humana about the outrageous charges. Seems like fraud to me!

Be careful with theses crooks!! Frames are all marked up 30% or more than MSRP!! They take advantage of your insurance and eat up half or more of your benefits in mark up beyond MSRP!!

It was extremely hard to find an Optometrist that is open on Saturday and calling around to get an apt anywhere was the biggest challenge. I am new to El Paso and having to find new Dr's is the biggest pain when moving. Let me tell you, they take Humana Insurance PPO which can be a challenge for what Vision Insurance plans cover. Private facilities offer the best name brand frames. So you get what you pay for which is entirely different then going to Walmart, Sam's etc. They are corporate based (better chances of finding a cheap pair). I was highly satisfied with there customer service and not to mention what a breath of fresh air Dr. Jackson is. Not just a slip Dr., but takes care of your overall medical eye health. Frames can be pricey, but that all depends on the insurance coverage. Not all aspects of the lenses are covered and the tiers can make your head spin. So, I stuck with the basic needs and came out with an awesome pair for my boys and I. I am extremely glad I found this place and it will now be my yearly visit.
