We are in a different state and had to have an estate sale without being there. They were extremely helpful and organized. The communication was on point and they were very professional. We highly recommend them for your estate sale needs. Thanks for helping us during an extremely difficult and stressful time.

We needed someone to help us with our mother's estate. We are so blessed to have found Judy and her team. She was kind, patient and came through with everything she promised. She is trustworthy and she treated the property like it was hers. She listened to our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. There is no way that we could of done all the work her and her team did for us. Thank you for taking care of us and doing the hard emotional task we dreaded.

Judi Monteleone and her crew recently did an estate sale for my friends and totally botched it! They had total disrespect for the clients' property! My husband and I witnessed the following while collecting cable boxes from the house while this crew "organized" for the sale, also when going by to shop the sale, and then while clearing out the items that didn't sell:*They partied in the house, as evidenced in the PILES of TRASH they left behind, which also included pieces and parts of items of merchandise which they were supposed to be selling but broke (including a beautiful jewelry armoire which was in mint condition when the clients left), as well as new items meant for sale (NEW, with tags still attached!).*They ate and drank on packaged goods that were previously unopened and supposed to be sold.*They also removed doors and left them off their hinges- even left some out in the back yard!*They opened clients' mail!*They "loaded" the clients' belongings in the POD the clients rented, but "conveniently" forgot a bin with clients' laptop, and refused to load a favorite chair.*On the second day of the sale, they quit taking credit cards- they also claim they don't take inventory or keep counts of merchandise, which all raise many red flags, considering the clients only received a fraction of what they should have gotten from all their antiques, jewelry, and art that was "sold" or somehow went out the door...*Neighbors witnessed members of this crew taking pieces of merchandise to their personal vehicles!*They broke a window and left glass all over the floor.*The supervisor's dog was running thru the house, dragging a leash, which could potentially be responsible for some of the breakage.I was part of the process of clearing out all unsold items and found expensive, brand-new purses, shirts, pillows, throws, and other merchandise (tags still attached!) buried in the bottom of containers, as well as saleable merchandise left inside the bottom doors of an entertainment center that was taped up for transport- no attempt was made to sort and display properly- it appeared to be a very amateur-ish venture led by an unorganized company.Please BEWARE of this company- this lady talks a good talk, promised my friends many things- including cleaning the house when they were done (she didn't even clean up her own mess!), AND promising to mail them any personal items she found throughout the house (she left them in a closet, telling US to mail them!) - most of which she was unable to deliver!

They will sell your items to junk dealer while you are waiting in line to pay. Will not correct the situation. Very unprofessional
