My daughter had lessons there for one semester. The quality of teaching (the techniques and the repertoire) was good, but the customer service was not. The teacher (Mr. Monteros) had too many students and little interest in the lessons. There was also an issue on a class cancelled by him with a very short notice. The director took the teacher's side without any appropriate discussion or argumentation, while saying to his customer "I had an intuition from the very beginning that you would have an attitude". Is it appropriate? For discussing about a cancellation with too of a short notice. The parents were accused of "being rude to the teacher", no proof was provided upon request though. So the business is customer-unfriendly, disrespectful, arrogant. This is what a lack of competition in a smaller city may do to a business.
