George came out to the house diagnosed the issue that my mother in laws fridge was having and why it wasn't distributing water. He showed me what was wrong then asked if I wanted to order the parts. I paid him for parts and labor incase I wasn't going to be there later on so he could just return and do the job without me present . After having some issue getting hold of George he called me back and let me know he had been gone a couple days but that he could come on New Year's Day and finish the repair . He kept his word and showed up New Year's Day near the evening and had everything working on her fridge within an hour or less. Now my mother in law has a working ice maker and water again thanks to this company. Everything George did was neat and clean and he was mannerly the entire process.

08/22/2017, my wife contacted EP Appliance Repair and requested their services in the repair of a broken dishwasher. A gentleman showed up at my home and looked at the dishwasher and informed me that a "Mola Assembly" is what was needed to make the repair. I was charged $163.00 and was told the part needed to be ordered, and he would return to my home once the part had arrived.Roughly a week later, the gentleman returned to my home and went to work on the dishwasher, I was then informed that the part that was ordered, was not the correct part and I was going to need to order another part. At this point I suggested that the monies spent on the part that was originally ordered to be transferred toward the new part that he asked me to order. He told me that he would work with me and not charge me for the labor, and he would have to find out if he could transfer the monies toward the second part that needed to be ordered. The part was ordered and he told me that he would contact me when the new part came in. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing from the technician, so we decided to call, my wife's phone calls went unanswered. At this point I called from my phone and the call was answered.I was now talking to George, I explained the situation and was told that the part would be in later in the week and he would call when it arrived and we could set up an appointment to repair the dishwasher. A few weeks passed and I did not hear from George. I begin to call and my phone calls were not answered. I sent a text to George and informed him that if I was not refunded in 48hrs I would seek legal representation.George called my wife the following day, and informed her that the technician was no longer working for him, and the fact that I was calling 2-3 times a day was not helping things to move any faster. My wife requested a refund and was told to send a copy of the invoice to him via text and he would send a full refund in the form of a check.32 days have passed with no contact from George whatsoever....whenever I call or my wife calls, the calls go unanswered....but when I call from different phones, or from my work phone, the calls are answered every-time. This leads me to believe the this gentleman is screening our calls and choosing not to answer us. This whole situation started in August, and now being November the dishwasher is still broken, and I have not received any contact or compensation from from El Paso Appliance Repair.

Reached out via for a quote, estimate charge was reasonable. George came out and was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what was needed. George was very courteous and prompt.Once he had the parts, he was timely and called before coming to my house. He replaced the washing machine tub bearing and provided me with 1 yr parts and labor warranty. I would strongly recommend El Paso Appliance. For any future appliance needs I'm definitely going to call them.

I first used this company for the repair of one of my appliances a few years ago - George was the technician and he was professional, reliable and affordable. FAST FORWARD to this past year...I called this company for the repair of my refrigerator. This time the technician was not George, it was someone else. The technician told me there was ice build-up that was preventing the door from closing properly and therefore preventing it from cooling properly and that I needed to defrost it - I was charged $45 for this and I thought it was fair and was relieved it wasn't something worse. The fridge worked fine for a few weeks and then it went out again. Instead of calling again, I defrosted it again and again it worked for a little while and then it went out again...I did this several times when the fridge would stop working. In the meantime, our mini beverage fridge went out too so I called to have it looked at. The same technician that had looked at our refrigerator came out and said it was the motherboard and would order it for us - I was charged $45 for this, and again I thought it was fair since it was going to go toward labor. I waited weeks without a call back so I called and the technician said he couldn't find the motherboard so he couldn't fix the fridge and I was better off replacing it...I took his word and spent about $650 on a new mini fridge. Someone later suggested i could purchase parts online, so out of curiosity I did a little bit of research and found the motherboard for the mini fridge!!!!Around this time I was getting frustrated with having to defrost my refrigerator and was not happy about the motherboard situation so I called and the same technician showed up and met with my husband. I happen to walked in on him telling my husband he needed to defrost the refrigerator and that once it was completely emptied out and defrosted, he'd come back and look at it and order whatever parts were needed and wanted to charge us $45 again. I told him it was obviously not a defrosting problem anymore and was not going to pay him another service fee and asked him to leave my home. I don't know what happened to George, the first technician that helped us, but this other guy that we've dealt with 3-4 times SUCKS and because of this I would NEVER use this company again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, my friends, family and neighbors have asked me if I know anyone that does repairs and the first thing I always tell them is "I'll send you a few names of people I've used, but stay away from EP Appliance Repair.

They did a great job repairing our dryer. It had begun to make a squeaking sound. I gave them a call based on yelp reviews. They called me back with in the hour they were able to schedule me with in 3 days. The day of the guy assigned called in sick but it didn't stop them from re assigning the job and getting here at a decent time. They were able to repair my 6 year old dryer instead of me having to get a new one.
