El Pabis Barbacoa

It was our first time and let me tell you... WE FOUND OUR BARBACOA SPOT!! place is bomb!! The salsas are delicious barbacoas is great not too salty nor greasy it's just perfect! They give you a dozen of tortillas and they're sooo good kinda regretting just getting a pound wish we woulda gotten more!! Definitely a great place!!

Good barbacoa but the order of 4 tacos is $7.99....... We got an order of MINI taquitos!!!! They were so so small they pack them in a small foam carry out box like the ones you get on a to go box!

I was really excited to try out this place after watching a commercial on t.v We arrived and a not so friendly lady comes out to take our order . She is watching tv as she puts in the order . I have a gluten sensitivity (not celiac) and ask about the gorditas . She tells me they only have corn to which I say it's perfect . I order two . She barely looks up at me and hands me the change . When my order comes out I quickly notice that the gorditas are flour and not corn so I mention it to her . She snaps back and says " well I told you we only had flour " . I am a little surprised at her lack of costumer service skills . So I tell her that both me and my husband heard her say they only had corn . I explain about my food allergy and she just rolls her eyes and says she can give me my money back if I want . She doesn't even offer to serve me anything else. So I say ok and that it's such a shame because we were really looking forward to that place being a favorite . Since we drove from afar . She says " well sorry" . She then notices that I am getting irritated and adds " we were busy all day . And I'm the only one that can make the gorditas so .." . I admit I am frustrated at this point so I tell her " that's how business works right?" I was tempted to add that if she had not been watching tv she would have known what I had asked her ... She gives me my money and walks away . The food was ok . Overpriced if you ask me . But I would have came back if it wasn't for the horrible costumer service . Never again

I come every year from Dallas just to have this barbacoa, and trust me that the barbacoa here in Dallas is just shredded beef or some off style wana be. A 650 mile trip for a pound of this makes it so worth it. You have to try it!

Too too greasy and expensive. Never again, don't recommend. Customer service would help but lacks as well

Stared off good now every time i go i get horrible customer service. Rude employees, they told me they were out off food at noon, like who runs out of food at 12 in the afternoon.

Very good barbacoa very friendly place even customers were friendly going back again to try other stuff. I come town 2 times a year from Tampa Florida always trying something different every time, I just found a great place to eat.

The best barbacoa in El Paso. It is definitely worth driving from Horizon to pick up Barbacoa. The staff is friendly and the guy that comes out on TV provides 5 star customer service. I highly recommend to try it out.

Great local food! Great portions friendly staff. Will definitely return when passing through El Paso
