My wife and I were headed to grab a burger when we saw food trucks parked by Office Depot and decided to give one a go. The birria quesadilla (or quesabirria on the menu) was large enough to split, stuffed with tender beef and stringy cheese, served up with delicious consume and little cups of red and green salsas. Highly recommended.

Super good spot. Hangs out at Food Truck Alley in Midland on weekends. Burritos, Tacos & Lemonades are our favorite. Big home made like meals. Tasted really good. We love this spot.
