We had gorditas and a combo plate. The food lacks flavor, it needs seasoning. The shells were nice on the gorditas but the meat filling tasted very strange and had too many potato pieces. The rice is not traditional, but a yellow rice with carrots. The refried beans were bland. The red sauce on the enchiladas tasted like it was from a can. The taco shell was burned and should have never made it to our table. Overall it was not a good experience. I don't think I will be returning. Our server was very nice and attentive. We were expecting super delish mex food since this is a hole in the wall joint on Alameda, but we'll keep searching for authentic elsewhere.

I feel like this place needs more praise. Their food is amazing and like the previous comment they have an extensive menu. On Mondays and Friday's they have the shrimp cocktail for 7.99. So delicious. They also have family specials to go. The tortas are pretty big and their fries are so crunchy. You gotta try it!!

Absolutely horrible food. Got the chilaquiles verde plate and it come out with so much sauce it looked like a soup. The sauce itself was not very good. I took three bites and had to send it back. Ordered huevos con chorizo and what came out was the saddest plate of burnt eggs. Such a simple plate and somehow it still did not taste food. Still got charged for everything despite not even eating the meal I came for.I hardly leave negative reviews, but DO NOT come here. There are far better options in El Paso for actually good Mexican food.

I wanted something different and have always loved fish soup I was hesitant to order it but they were making it fresh so I said that's my sign to get and man did it exceed my expectations! The staff were friendly and the ambiance in the restaurant is great. I wasn't to enthused with the rice as it wasn't fluffy as I like but that's just me.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing yet they served us with no problem. Good enchiladas for a Good price. Server didn't rush us and was attentive. Nice neighborhood place. TV's show Mexican TV sports. Clean & tidy.
