Not easy on the eye but don't let this place fool you. Homemade red enchilada sauce? I'm in. Spectacular food. Great service and everything was fresh. Had the pork tacos (Al Carbon) the Chile verde is the house salsa and it's worth it. Extremely spicy so buyer beware. Can't wait to go back! Also the Huevos Rancheros for breakfast is it. The best in the city.

No frills, fantastic Mexican food! I love the hot sauce but warn you may need to wait until you have a drink on your table. They have a wonderful breakfast and lunch selection!

Het the Tampico. It's a pork chop with a chili rellano. It's awesome but you better be really hungry.Their salsa is great and super hot. Make sure you get your drink before you start eating the salsa

Good salsa. Fresh chips. Tortillas were warm and soft. Had the chili verde, tender and spiced appropriately. Tried a chili relleno (beef) and no breading made it very palatable and easy to eat. I may just have these next time. It was about 11:45 and they were busy but the service was excellent and staff was very attentive. Don't let the outside keep you from trying this spot. I will be definitely be back.

Loved it. Best enchiladas! We drove in from Lubbock to eat there and it was definitely worth the drive.

A friend suggests ordering the chicken enchiladas with green sauce and an over easy egg. Something I'd never order. Amazing. Just love these mom-n-pop family run places with creative menus.
