We were looking for a gaming laptop charger which we happened to forget at another location. Despite purchasing a couple of universal chargers from retailers we were unsuccessful in finding one that will fit. We went to all major retailers and a couple of used computer shops but had no luck. Roger at Edgar's was able to locate a used charger that worked for us. It was a little pricey ($55) for a 9 year old used charger but we were glad he had it and paid the price. The perk was playing with his massive cat that seemed to weigh 25 lbs.

Hands down the best and most reliable computer and digital service place in the region. Not only do they provide excellent service, they also will follow up to make sure everything is working properly. They are not overpriced and are willing to do rush orders. They have saved me so much time and headache with their fast service. I run a full on DJ & Karaoke business and they had my computer up and running like new before my next gig! Big Thanks!!! If I could, I'd give 10 stars.

I took my computer in and because they were willing to spend additional time with me to figure out exactly what was the cause, I got my computer up and running for a fraction of what I thought it would cost.

If you need obscure wires for your old (or new) computer this is your place. The staff knows about all sorts of electronics. I had to replace a cable for an old set up for work and they had the wire in stock. In 2010, I brought my iPod classic in to be serviced and they were honest and helpful.

My favorite place ever. I found my holy grail here. Please go and help keep this place alive.

Really cool shop with a knowledgeable staff. Had everything I needed. Place is full of hard to find parts.

Great people & work. I came in because my computer was extremely slow and I could not afford to buy a new one so I wanted to get it fixed. They were with me every step of the way from calling to confirm if what they were doing was alright ( like telling me that my data would be backed up to a different hard drive) and just keeping me in the loop. The colt was very reasonable and everyone there was very sweet and understanding!

Only giving 3 stars, for now. Been years since I've bee there. Going there tomorrow, Will update accordingly. base on previous experiences, probably will give 4-5 stars. This is ONLY a comment!

Go anywhere else!!! If someone says they need to replace your hard drive, first of all get a second opinion! If you ask "what will change on my computer" & are told "nothing" and you keep clarifying..... really? I'll be able to just open it up & use it just like before, have my saved passwords & photos & docs?" Then they apparently see you as so gullible that they determine to take complete advantage. It's not like it was before, it's as if I stepped back in time & bought an older computer w none of the programs that I purchased w it or since, & got an old form of back up to try to retrieve data from. Excluding the most recent 9 mo of photos. & w an added password that it took me a day to find out because of their limited hours. The Geek squad helped me retrieve some of my data but I had to buy a new computer to function. I really shoulda known when I drove up to Edgar's & the handicap parking spot( the only parking except on street) is blocked by junk like old monitors, & you walk in & it looks like hoarders live there, w collections of 70s & earlier electronics & clocks. I just don't understand how a company can operate like this.
