Eden Event Center

Had an absolutely easy and amazing time booking our wedding with Eden! My wife and I couldn't be more grateful for them. We live in California and they made everything so easy for us to handle. They took care of everything and we literally had to do everything through email and they worked so well with us. Heather helped us through every step and she really worked her magic to make our day as perfect as possible! Definitely recommend them. We got so many compliments on how great everything was and how beautiful the venue was! Words can't really explain what an amazing experience we had with them. Thank you so much for your help, heather you were great!!!

Janine is very nice once you meet her but once you sign the contract she will turn her back on you! The venue is very beautiful but the people are very inadequate. I can't say nothing about Heather as I never spoke to her but Janine is not at all accommodating! Janine is very incompetent. Janine gave me one price and then she changed it later on. I saw a bad review on here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt but it blew up in my face. I tried to confront Janine but she just ignored me. The sad thing is Janine wouldn't even take responsibility that she messed up all I wanted was at least half my deposit or an apology. I have lost so much money with the deposit that I regret not listening to the reviews.

Very upset over my daughter's event yesterday. The venue is very pretty and I came on a referral however was told they would be very accomodating. Yes, my situation was a difficult one but the things promised to us were not up to par such as the gourmet popcorn bar that was "ordered" which was to include different candies, pretzels, colored bags and take the place of a $400 cake was something my guests commented lacked our personal style compared to rest of decor and then when I told them it was included they were very suprised because I could've done a much better job for a fraction of the cost and we lost 2 hours of hall and food and over paid. We also did not even get to keep the 3 (only 3) seasonings! Again yes we had a tough situation but many things were not in compliance of what was agreed upon therefore we lost many guests attendance and my daughter suffered from it. Would not recommend.
