WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN when there are so many better choices blocks away.The carpet was disgusting. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. They buy bags of ice and keep it in a small freezer in the lobby. There is absolutely no wifi signal.The lady at the front desk was very nice and talked the owner (Mr. Hitesh) every day to fix the wifi problem. Every day he claimed he fixed it but it never worked. The owner would never speak to me directly to try to resolve the problem and when I asked for a small refund to compensate for no wifi, I heard crickets.I was actually sad every time I drove by so many better motels to get to the one I was staying at. There was no way to get out of my reservation without taking a huge $$ hit so I just couldn't wait to get out of there.Mr. Hitesh answers complaints on Yelp after the fact but he won't do anything while you're there.Whatever Mr. Hitesh replies to any review, don't believe him.2 stars 'cuz the bed comfort wasn't horrible and the sheets were clean.

This is an "old" place. Nothing has been upgraded. However for the price the staff is extremely helpful and the room, despite being old, was very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. Good budget hotel.

It isn't the Embassey Suites and doesnt pretend to be. but I am halfway into a 30 day motorcycle trip around the country and this is the best value of my trip so far. Clean comfortable room, good wifi, good tv, all amenities one can expect in a budget motel. Easy parking just outside the room, good wifi and convenient to the interstate. The proprietor, Hash, was friendly and accommodating. - coffee, waffles and cereal at breakfast. Co-located restaurant with the interesting name of YoMama was excellent. Shopping nearby and one of the most beautiful iconic southwest churches (San Miguel) I have seen a block away. Love New Mexico and had a great stay at the Economy Inn in Socorro. Five Stars because it met or exceeded every expectation.

This is a family owned motel. Great personal interaction. Two married couples operate and monitor the grounds. There is a maintenance man/security guard who is very effective, friendly and very helpful and runs a close second in friendliness only to his wife who attentively performs housekeeping duties almost around the clock. At the front desk you will interact with the owner or his newly hand picked front desk clerk. There is a complimentary breakfast where you will eat the most fluffy waffles this side of the Rio Grande. A great place to stay and experience the local life and flavor of Socorro New Mexico.

The motel clerk was friendly, the rooms were $52 including all taxes, not a bad rate. The bed mattress was good and I slept well. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could use a new coat of paint, so could the furniture. But, the rooms were clean and smelled like true non-smoking rooms. The reason for the four star rating was the fact that the water temperature in the shower could not be adjusted easily, either scalding hot or really cold. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was labeled reverse.

I'm pretty sure they had just took the crime scene tape down before we checked in. If you're planning your next murder then this my friend is the place for you! This hotel reminded me of the motel from the movie Vacancy the only thing missing was the guys in masks trying to kill me and my family! From the cigarette burns on the tub in the puke pink bathroom to the coochie stains ( A.K.A period blood) on the hard as a rock mattresses and stain riddled carpet this luxury suite is definitely worth the cash

i book two rooms through travelocity but when i came to check in at the office and told me they dont have the room for me. i show him the confirmation and he said I dont care about that but we dont have the room for you, go somewhere out and find the room. It so ridiculous , It never happens to me like this. we drive far away from California to here and now he said he doesn't have the right room for us. He didnt apologized to us at all, give us attitude. It luckily that I call Travelocity, They found us the room at Econo Lodges. Better room , better service. i think economy inn need to manage their booking system and fire that guy, I dont know his name because he refuse to give me his name . He is old mexican.

Found a decent priced motel to stay at for the four nights of stay for my oryx hunt. We got in late the first night. I walked in hit the mattress ready to sleep. I out loud questioned the two people staying there with me if I was laying on a mattress or just the frame itself. Even with how tired we all were and considering how early we had to get up for hunting the next morning it still took us all too long to fall asleep. I tried the floor for a while but the mixture of the horrible smell of the carpets to the creepy yet unidentifiable bug that crawled up to my face made me prefer the cardboard box of a bed to the floor. The next day we tried canceling the rest of our stay, but the guy told us he had a room with better beds. We originally didn't get the good room because someone had been staying in it. The beds were better so we willingly stayed in the better room. I put my hunting clothes on the bathroom counter next to the sink. The next day I put my clothes on and after five minutes I felt stinging pains all over and felt things crawling on me. So I ripped my clothes off and found ants all over my body and clothes. The whole sink was covered in ants.. So as for the better room... My itching body would have rather camped in the missile range area with the creepy crawlies and snakes. So if you want a cheaper place to stay and mosquitos biting you all night, be their guest.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel the staff was very pleasant and friendly , clean and quite place to stay great location can walk to many restaurant. Will defiantly stay again. I would recommend this motel cause it was affordable and clean.

For a mere $46 we got a super clean room, internet, cable tv and a very hot shower! Looks a little worn down and is a bit dated, but it is a super good deal. If you are looking for an inexpensive stop over, this is it. Friendly staff too
