Awesome staff. Bought a washer and dryer 4 years ago when I first moved to El Paso from LA and was a workhorse. I even sold the washer and dryer back to them before I moved back to california and they were cordial and great to work with. In hopes of finding another good used washer and dryer in california i called the economy appliance on what to look for when purchasing another used set and helped me find a good deal. Very professional and polite the whole way. Thank you

I paid this company 65.00 for a diagnostic and they agreed to come back between 5 PM and 7 PM the same day or fix my dryer and they never showed up. They never called and never showed up, very unprofessional I waited and they never called and never came. I asked them to show me the cost of the part and I think that is why they didn't come back, they didn't want to show me the cost of the part.

This is a family owned business run by honest, hard-working people. I had recently moved to El Paso and needed washers and dryers. I didn't feel like buying new, because used appliances can be a great bargain if bought from a reputable place that refurbishes them. If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso.I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at.They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them.Go support this honest local business! You'll save some money and you'll get great service in return. Amazing family and I'm happy to have done business with them!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for used washers and dryers. Good prices, nice people, and quick delivery/ installation.

Awesome service by Eric and his family. Great price and fast delivery. They also install at final destination upon delivery. We didn't purchase the correct dryer duct, but Eric threw it in for free.It's businesses like this that make our country great. Highly recommend to friends and family around El Paso. Don't waste your money and give it to big business. Eric has phenomenal products that are refurbished. They work like new!
