We have a policy through Lowe's Protection Plan, our refrigerator broke 9/23 and we scheduled services for that following Monday. The company then called to reschedule us for the following day, 9/26. Upon arriving at our home the technician stated he was unable to repair our unit. However, it has been almost a week and Lowe's is saying they have yet to receive any paperwork from the repair company and we are still without a refrigerator. If I had my choice of repair services I would not choose E-Square Services, because they clearly lack a genuine ability to deliver on their expectations.

I have full-sized washer/dryer units that are stacked one-over-the-other at my second home in Las Cruces. I called and explained that they would need two people to come out to service the washer for a small leak. They agreed. Naturally, only one person showed up (Oscar on March 24), realized he couldn't do the work, and rescheduled for a different day when they could bring two people.Eventually, two people showed up, including Luis, on March 29. They took the units apart and said the problem was in the boot with a hole in the rubber gasket. They'd order the part and come back and fix it.They left and didn't completely reassemble things. There was a piece that screws the units together left out on the floor. In addition, they didn't reattach the dryer to its vent, and did not leave the clamp needed to do so. So, I was without a washer/dryer combo (the leak was small, and the units were still infinitely usable when they came, and not usable when they left). On March 29, I got a text message saying they would reach out soon to schedule the follow-up. I didn't hear from them again until April 27, when they sent me a message telling me they would be here to fix the issue on April 28 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.By that time, I had gotten someone else (someone competent) to fix it so I could have use of my washer and dryer. I tried contacting E-Square, but got taken through a series of bizarre phone trees that ended up at some national boiler room that had no knowledge, whatsoever. So, I assumed they had gone out of business, and found someone else to fix the issue. So, as I write this, I have tried to respond telling them not to come, but with no acknowledgement of same. I have tried to call, and get another bizarre message delivered in a machine monotone that makes no sense whatsoever. If they show up on April 28, I will tell them to go away, and the quicker the better. How much do you want to bet they'll charge me for the call?Do NOT use this company unless you enjoy frustration and egregiously awful customer service and communication.

This company was coming out to fix my GE dryer with 2 warranties. 100% covered. They called me and said I had to pay $50 diagnostic fee. They said the warranty only covered parts and labor. I blessed them out and told them not to come. I called back GE and they said I shouldn't pay any money and sent another company. These people are crooks.

My AC started leaking water all over the floor by my furnace. Called E-Square and they gave me a date for first thing tomorrow which was good. Texted me earlier that they would be available at four today which I accepted. Luis the technician showed up and went straight to work. Fixed the issue with no problem and charged me close to nothing. Was in and out in less than an hour. A good thing with this company is they send you texts to tell you where the tech is. Great service. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

If you need your microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator or any other appliance fixed, and do not need it for weeks later, be sure to call E-Square. If more than one appliance needs to be fixed, they will not come unless a technician can fix both appliances at the same time. They have several excuses, and the gentleman who answers the phone is extremely friendly and nice we cannot do anything without asking his supervisor, manager, or they don't ever have any parts in stock, and have to order them. When they order them it takes several days to more than a week to get the pardon. If an appliance brakes and they come service it and need to order apart, and another appliance breaks, they will not come fix the second appliance until the park to the first appliance comes in.I've asked to have the owner call me so he knows of the terrible service. I haven't heard from them, and I am sure I won't.

Not only are they a shady company full of excuses and incompetence, they are also LIARS.Friday: An e-square technician by the name of Luis comes to my house. Never even opens my AC, but goes straight to the roof, adds a pound of refrigerant, charges me $189, and leaves. I ask him TWICE to confirm that, if it isn't fixed (because it was still not blowing cold air), that he would come back. He assured me that he would, but insisted it was working. That night, the temperature in my house is 89 degrees.Saturday morning: I call back and tell them I need someone to come back in and fix the AC. First, they try to tell me they can't get anyone to me until Monday. I explain my situation, and the lady finally tells me someone will be there between 1 and 3 PM. I wait outside for them until 4 pm. When the two technicians arrive (neither of them gave me their names), they open the unit and tell me that the compressor was frozen over so they couldn't do anything about it until it thawed. They then advised me to KEEP THE UNIT OFF until Monday afternoon (um, what?), and when I explained that I had children I was trying to keep healthy, they said I could run it in intervals but to make sure it was thawed before they got here Monday, and that someone would call me Monday morning to tell me for sure what time they would be here.Monday: I hear nothing from the company, so I call them at noon. The lady who answers the phone gives me a runaround, saying that there was nothing in the notes about them needing to come back. I tell her exactly what I was told, and she puts me on hold. Comes back and tells me someone will be here between 2 & 5. I cancel all my plans for the day so I can stay home and wait. And wait. And wait.By 4:30, I am getting concerned. So I call them back. She puts me on hold again. Comes back and tells me that no one is coming. WHAT?!!! She asked if I had an appointment, and I said "yes, YOU gave me the appointment 4 hours ago." She puts me on hold AGAIN. Then she comes back and says, "the technicians don't want to go back to your house because it smells bad. And there's no one else we can send."REALLY? I confirmed to her that it probably DOES smells bad, especially with three grown teenage boys (who come with their own particular odor), me, and the animals all being in a small, stuffy house with NO AC for a week!THEN she tried to tell me she was gonna refund me $49. NO!Finally, she tells me that I will be getting my full refund of $189. I hang up, forgetting to even ask how I will be getting the money back (since now I have to pay ANOTHER company to do the AC work). Call back at exactly 4:46 PM to ask her how I will be getting my money back. She informs me that one of their technicians would be bringing me the check today (Tuesday), in person. The worst part is that, apparently, they weren't even gonna tell me they weren't coming, so I could have called some real professionals to actually help us!Tuesday (today): I wait and wait patiently. Nothing. My son throws up his lunch because he's overheated, even with the windows open and the box fans I bought.I call them back AGAIN at 3:26 PM to ask exactly when the technician would be here with my check so I can pay the REAL technician from the PROFESSIONAL company I have coming tomorrow. She tells me it was mailed yesterday.WHAT.I press her for more information, and she tells me that it was mailed at 3:30 yesterday. Excuse me?? It wasn't even until 4:46 that I was told how the refund was coming back to me. She claims that it was mailed an HOUR BEFORE she spoke to me and told me that it was going to be physically brought to me.I ask her how it could be possible that my refund check was mailed at 3:30 Monday afternoon if I was STILL WAITING FOR THEIR TECHNICIANS AT THAT TIME, SINCE MY APPOINTMENT WINDOW WAS 2 PM TO 5 PM. I didn't even know no one was coming until *I* called *THEM* at 4:30.THEN she tells me that THEY (e-square) already knew before then that they would not be coming back to my house, and mailed me the check then, but they just "hadn't had a chance" to let ME know yet. So, they knew, before the time I called to ask when they would be here, that they weren't coming. They knew I was sitting here in a 90 degree house with 3 kids and with dogs and cats WAITING for them to show up and perform the service I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.They knew this so early, in fact, that they supposedly "mailed me a check" at 3:30 pm.But, when I called at 4:30, she played dumb. Gave me a runaround. Then finally told me they weren't coming. THEN she lied to me and told me they were bringing me my refund in person. OR did she lie to me with the whole "the check is in the mail" thing?Either way, this company is shady and unethical. They have no compassion for a family they can clearly see is suffering. They take your money, do NOTHING, and then drag their feet at giving that money back. They LIE.

Unfortunately for me, this company was assigned by my warranty for an AC issue. It took them two weeks to just show up of the appointment. The diagnosis said they needed to replace the coil. Part came on july23rd. We are on August 14th and the technicians keep either not showing up or canceling for mundane reasons. They canceled again today because they supposedly had a flat tire and will not be able to show up until AUGUST 27. it is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, I will make sure to let all my friends know to steer clear.

Poor communication, slow service. Had a technician show up at 12:30pm (was initially told between 8am and 12pm). He disassembled my partially working AC unit and said he'd come back tomorrow to finish the repair. Didn't show. Called the following business day and was told they wouldn't be able to come back several days later. Very unprofessional.

Best service. Very professional and above all dependable. Great prices. Twenty four seven service. Company owner took the time to call me after his technician had left to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I wish I could give them less than one star. Service technician Oscar has no idea what he is doing and ruins stuff. He has ruined the top of my dryer with some substance that he used to wipe oil or grease off of. And Eddie, the man in charge is a complete piece of shit. He does nothing about his technicians being sorry and ruining peoples stuff.Oscar tried sneaking out of the house knowing that there was something wrong with the top of my dryer. When I ran outside to catch him he automatically knew what to come in and address without me telling him. Then he blamed it on the other technician that had been out here. What a great coworker. Do not use this company. They are sorry individuals. Oscar has been out three times, and the other guy came out one time. All for one appliance which they have no idea how to fix and this company is a joke.
