Dyer Smoke Shop

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PICK A DIFFERENT SHOP. The guy with the high ponytail that works here is rudest person I have ever encountered in a smoke shop in my life. He looked at and spoke to me like my presence was a nuisance. They didn't have the disposable vapes, so I asked for help picking a vape pen. He literally rolled his eyes with every question I had so I decided not to purchase to take my $95 the shop on Mccombs. Extremely happy I did.

Minimal selection, prices are slightly higher than what can be purchased at a larger retailer or online. Customer service is non existent, some employees are slightly helpful and others look like they'd rather be smoking than working.

The lady who answers the phone is absolutely rude. You call in and she hangs up on you and when you try to call back, she does not answer and there's no vm attached. She shouldn't be answering phones if all she does is pick up and hang up.

Literally asked the girl behind the counter to look at something 3 times, she looked at me then walked away and started texting lol, I think she was doped out. it was the most awkward situation and worst customer service I've ever seen...so we walked out and went to the smoke shop down the street. So weird and uncomfortable.

The shop is good but one of your employee is absolute trash. Idk if he was high in the job but he didn't know what he was saying, didn't sell us correct stuff (for our hookah), and didn't have customer skills. I got that this is a smoke shop but the least you can do is make sure your employee isn't high and dumber than shit. If I knew his name I was blast it in here. Again, the shop is good but your employee is not. We are not experts in using hookah so it would have been nice if he knew what he was talking about so he could give us tips. It seemed as if he wanted us to leave because we were wasting his time because he wants to smoke outside for the 20th time.

Products are below average. Spotted a lot of broken merchandise that they tried to sell anyhow. I've tried to buy multiple of certain items on different days only to see price variation switch depending on how bad the guy behind the counter was twitching
