I love my lawn!

These folks give me outstanding service every time. I purchased an auto mower because I have a tiny patch of lawn and I do not want to hire a landscaper. I spoke to the owners here and they pointed me in the right direction. They sent their own landscaper to do the install for the wiring (this unit is battery powered and needs to charge up). This is a family owned and operated business. The landscaper is the son and he also does stamped concrete work and other high end landscape jobs. The ladies in the front of the store at the counter are mostly all family. Mary is the daughter and she is wonderful. Ladies if you need help making a purchase decision, she will help you.I have a beautiful lawn that I am able to maintain myself on my schedule and I am very happy.

They have lots of stuff and parts but they are very expensive. Took a chainsaw to get fixed thru a warranty, they lost my chainsaw. The offered to give me another chainsaw at a discounted price. They never replaced my chainsaw. Another time I asked for a part for my lawnmower.and they said they had the part. The cost was over $60.00. I found the same part elsewhere for $45.00 but for two of them not one. What a rip off.

I called the first time and the people hung up on me. The second time I called and the guy acted like he was doing something else and just told me they do not have the bikes I was asking for and I could come if I wanted to talk. I did not like how it was and I do not recommend going because they in fact have the bike because I have been there earlier this week. When I called the guy just Said "yeah". I feel they are unprofessional and have no Customer respect.

I am an expert bicyclist; though I live on the East side and regularly patronize a bicycle shop closeby, the area of El Paso where my main worksite (Parkland HIgh School) is located in the Northeast. Besides interacting with my students to assist them with post-high school careers/immediate employment possibilities, I can also relate to them when it comes to bicycling. I often pedal in and through the Northeast El Paso, but have found no bike shops in the Northeast. Not that I need one--I'm always ready whenever I pedal far. However, I have one student in need of repair work and I could only give the name of an East-side shop (Crazy Cat-Airport). I mentioned this dilemma to super wrench Frank, who told me about Dyer Cycle--"Don't be dissuaded by the lawn mowers outside." It didn't look like much of a bike shop from the outside when I finally went there (corner of Taylor & Dyer), but once inside, I was amazed. What a tremendous place! Inside the cavernous interior, bicycles, components, and extremely capable wrenches(medchanics) are ready to help with any aspect of bicycles, new or used. What's more, they are open Monday-Friday, (08:30-17:000, Saturday(06:30-13:00), closed Sunday, and have extremely reasonable prices. This is GREAT! Hooray for Northeast El Paso! The on-site parking lot is a bit small--space & priority is given to the products.

I am a new cyclist and got my first popped tire (rear tire). I'm clueless with how to maintain or fix my bike and was intimidated by the gears and chains and was thinking this would be an expensive repair. I looked on Yelp but didn't find this place under bicycle repair, luckily on my way to drop my daughter off at school, I saw the "Dyer Cycle" sign with a bicycle icon. I decided to stop by but was thrown off by the lawn equipment out front. I was greeted right away and was relieved to see bicycle parts in addition to a multitude of landscaping equipment. I was pleasantly surprised that this did not cost me a fortune and my bike was ready in a few hours! 5 stars for customer service, quality products and workmanship. Also I was asked if I needed help putting my bike in my trunk, I turned down the help but when I got to my car I struggled a little and it was either other customers or individuals who worked there that all jumped in to assist. Go in there and you will feel good vibes and no hassle amazing help for affordable prices. One suggestion for the business is to somehow tailor the search to have it come up on Yelp or google when searching for bicycle repair. I'm so happy I happened to just stumble upon this place while driving in my time if need. Now I'm a lifelong customer and will tell others about this amazing place

While Dyer Cycle claims to have bicycle knowledge, unfortunately, it is very limited. A few months ago I had a collector, Electra Double Diamond #12, shipped by that store, After repeatedly calling them for an adequate wrap and box, they failed horribly. Only 99 of these bicycles we made for the world, of which I had one arrive with NO PACKING MATERIAL whatsoever. They claim that this is how mfg. ship them their bikes and that that is how they pack their product for shipment. Incidental, I did find this bike shop onBikeflights.com, list of RECCOMENDED shippers. My collector, was stuffed in a box, with a piece of electrical tape wrapped on the front wheel shaft and nothing more Yes, I have video when FedEx unloaded it and I unpacked it, as well as, pictures of the unnecessary damage. This was unnecessary permenant damage that could have been easily prevented Dyer cycle refused to fully compensate for their negligence and poor service. Customer service is a must in this industry and Dyer Cycle is not RECCOMENDED as a viable bicycle shop. Case is pending litigation.

Mauro is the reason I go to this place. He is the best. He has fixed my stroller & son's wagon. I highly recommend him.
