I bought a ring from Dunham and was quite satisfied. So much so that I bought another, and then another (total of 3). The last ring was plated in the gold palisil, and looked fantastic! But this was not a ceremonial ring for me, I proudly wanted and did wear it everyday. And the gold palisil plating did not last a year. I contacted them and they offered to take the ring back, and credit the full purchase price towards a Questra ring, which is not plated and will not change color with wear.This was good solution. And then COVID hit, making a tough year, and the ring fell off my priority list. Now that thinks are settling, I contacted them to buy the new ring. Now they will only credit me half, and I must return the ring to get the credit. Or they will re-plate the ring every time I need (annually) forever, which doesn't seem like a good business choice. I intended to buy another, as heirlooms for my four kids. But now I will just send it to them to re-plate the ring and then throw it in a drawer and forget about it.

I received amazing service, craftsmanship and communication by phone and e-mail and in addition to warranty resizing at no cost for the lifetime of the ring from DUNHAM MANUFACTURING. I think even Josten's can't do it any better, and I'd know, my last class ring from decades ago was from Josten's. Dunham is just as good as them if not better.

Just got a custom Marine Corps ring from these folks. I made an error in ordering and they eagerly resolved it EVEN following up with a phone call to me! The ring arrived MUCH sooner than they said it would, and it is of the UTMOST PERFECT QUALITY! Overall price was a little high and the shipping of $15, but otherwise an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT transaction and an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT final product!I would recommend that if you want a silver color ring, actually get the real silver instead of their silver alternative. My ring arrived (ordered on 4/27/13) today from Dunham and I am so pleased! Everything was engraved exactly according to my specifications. The prices were absolutely unbeatable. I paid $478 for a 10K yellow gold ring with 6 genuine diamonds and a simulated ruby. An equivalent ring at Balfour or Jostens would have been $700 or more, and with fewer options for customization because my school has preselected designs. Customer service was responsive, professional, and clearly concerned about delivering exactly what the customer wants. I had no problems changing the finish on my ring from antique to natural (the option wasn't on the website for fashion rings). Packaging was meticulous! The lifetime warranty also tells me that these rings are products Dunham could stand by.

I ordered and paid for a family crest ring in 14k yellow gold. It came today insured and signature required. It was packaged extremely well and came in tucked into a very nice black ring box. I put a lot of trust in Dunham by paying in advance and not having any previous experience with them. I must give them five stars for everything pertaining to my order. The ring is exactly what I hoped it would be. It is exquisite in style and craftsmanship. Their customer service is as good as one could ask for. Thumbs up and thank you!
