DRZ national home inspector did my inspection and when I came home my home was 100 degrees I have animals inside! The only reason it got slightly cooler was because I opened the door and it cooled down slightly. They could of died, then when I turned on my air conditioner it wouldn't turn on! After 45 minute of me checking and trouble shooting I finally found they flipped off the air conditioner fuses. If I didn't have knowledge to fix a unit I would of had to stay in a hotel in the 110 degree days were having. Also they broke one of my wall decorations to top my terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and do not call these people.

One of my buyers that was acquiring a new construction home needed someone immediately. Daniel was able to carve out time to inspect all aspects of the home and we were able to rectify almost all repairs needed from the builder. His report was very detailed with photos and an explanation of what and who he would recommend to make repairs. I have used him twice now and we are going to use him again for a 3rd time.
