Dry Point Distillers

This is a multi dimensional review. Dry Point Distillers.This is one of the best bars in Las Cruces. They not only distil their own spirits, but they invent some great cocktails as well. Last night I had a double shot of Blue Corn Bourbon neat, an Old Fashioned with Rye, and two Kentucky Mules, all while participating in Trivia Las Cruces with my two new friends, Paulina and Steve. (We finished second). The mixologists behind the bar were great. They got my drinks to me with grace and speed and every cocktail was perfection. I appreciate the both of you very much, Dry Point also carries a small number of New Mexico breweries products, which, based on the chalkboard they were listed on much change from time to time. If you are looking for a great place to hang out with your friends for drinks, I can think of no better place than Dry Point.Stone Crow Gourmet Stone Crow Gourmet, owned by Chef Gary is located inside Dry Point as an independent entity. Perhaps one of the best things to happen was the joining of these two business. Stone Crow Gourmet takes a great bar and turns it into a great gastro-pub. I had the Smoked Salmon Crostini and I had to get a box to take some home. For those of you familiar with Crostini they are typically sliced baguettes with a smattering of goodness. Not these Crostini, these were full side French bread slice on the diagonal with generous portions of flavorful joy. I ordered the full order which was six Crostini and that friends was too much. I was able to eat two of them there, I shared one each with the aforementioned mixologists and took two home, one of which now remains after a great midnight snack. The Crostini also came with a fresh salad with tomatoes, cucumbers marinaded in something, tasty greens, all drizzled with Gary's house made vinaigrette I also got a chance to taste Chef Gary's house made Barbeque sauce and it is sweet and spicy bit of liquid magic, Can't wait to try it on a pulled pork sandwich or the rib tips. If you have been to Dry Point then you probably know everything I just said, but if you haven't been, and you enjoy gastronomical delights and great cocktails, get thee to Dry Point and Stone Crow Gourmet

This place got me started on my old fashioned kick and I haven't looked back because they make them so good! A quaint yet vibrant lounge that has cocktails for every flavor. The dry spell bourbon has quickly become a favorite of mine and had made it a point to pick up a bottle to take home whenever I'm in town. Friendly and knowledgeable bartenders make this a must stop whenever you're in LC!

Absolutely delicious drinks and food. I got the lemon drop as my drink of choice and split the four piece crostini with my friend. The blackberry ricotta was by far the best with the smoked salmon coming in as a close second. All very tasty and so much larger and filling then what one would expect!

Nice place but liquor wasn't very good. It's a fairly small bar/distillery with some food options next door and nearby; the bartenders were nice and we got a flight of their spirits, whiskey and mezcal, which didn't have much of a smoky flavor and was even somewhat plastic tasting. Maybe their mixed drinks were better but sipping on them neat just weren't great for us.

Fun little cocktail spot tucked away off of Avenida de Mesilla. Tons of drink options no matter what you're craving. I had a Mezcal Paloma and my husband had an old fashioned. Both were great! We also grabbed a bottle of bourbon to go. Prices seem very reasonable for a fun local distillery. When we arrived there were only two other people at the bar and considering the very small "crowd" I didn't find the two bartenders to be overly helpful or friendly. Felt like we waited a bit and they were more focused on chatting with the other couple. But having said that, I'd return again just to try another cocktail or grab a different bottle.

The food from Stone Crow here is really good and steals the show. The portions are quite large, but yummy and shareable! Chef came to check personally on our table. We had a really nice time -- there was live music, great drinks, and great food. What else do you need? Thank you for sharing your talents! Can't wait to go back.

The establishment is small and cute. Came with a group of friends on a Thursday night and they were having Trivia. We were not officially participating, but it was fun. Their drink menu is very interesting and the drinks taste really good too. Not as strong as I would like, but the flavor profiles are quite unique in a very good way. Each spirit has a variety of creations, but of course you can also order your standards. I could not bring myself to pay $16 for their menu items because they seemed to be pretty basic (e.g. a quesadilla), so I did not order food. I wouldn't mind paying that if the food were more impressive. But 2 of 9 friends ordered food, and they seemed to enjoy it.

Very nice, clean, good food but the Spirits are fantastic. My favorite was the taste of the Vodka. A must designation

Everything was on point. Last time we came down Stone Crow wasn't there. Had our 21st anniversary cocktails Old Fashion & Amaretto Sour delicious. We ordered the Crostini Flight Wow just wow. All delicious savory presentation was beautiful. They took there time to do it right. Chef thank you So much.

Oh my, good lord.....this place is amazing and unknown. Mixologist Paola was nothing less than magical. Food was fresh and service was amazing. Tell no one:) thank you for a very good time.
