Side view of my hair. I did soft curls which turned out perfectly. It was breezy so they're a little wind blown but still pretty.
My bridesmaid and I after the dry a blow dry bar
Angel, she was my stylist and make up artist. Magnificent woman!
Nice deco for sure. Very modern and girly
Had my hair curled at 9am, it looked like this 2 hours later. Not worth it
Friday afternoon, less busy than expected. Probably the call before the storm.
Sister and I enjoying our time at the dry blow dry bar while we wait for the other girls. Hair and make up look amazing!

Absolutely have loved my hair! I haven't had to do anything except add some dry shampoo and it's been several days. I wish I could remember the girls name she was very sweet. I am visiting from California for work and it made my work day so much easier to not have to do anything to my hair. Highly recommend

Karen was great. She listened to what I asked for and was consistently checking on my comfort. My hair turned out fantastic and has carried over to today! The salon is clean and comfortable with some beverages available, should you want something. I will be using her again!

Sister and I made an appointment at 9am on a Saturday.and waited for a few minutes to be seen. I showed the stylist a picture from their Instagram account with the exact hair due I wanted. After she was done it didn't look that similar but I didn't mind that much. 2 hours after I left my hair was super flat, thats never happened before. My hair is not straight at all and so I don't see why my hair was no longer curly by 11am. Had to re-curl my hair before attending an event. They offered a mimosa but still I think their customer service is lacking because theres no one greeting at the door. Will not be returning, not worth my 40$. Very disappointed I had been wanting to go there for a long time.

Upon arriving here its been hard finding someone who can actually manage my hair. For those that truly know me they know that after a wash my hair looks super rough and kinky. I mean don't get me wrong my hair isn't soooo bad but to me who has little to no patience it takes me a good 2-3 hours to actually straighten it. Anyways I was looking on yelp and found this amazing place. I mean everyone there can handle my hair. And the best part is that Im in and out in less than an hour. This has become my go to spot for my hair. OH!!! And they offer mimosas and Champagne!!! Which in my book is always a plus!!!

First time at a blow dry bar and I am absolutely pleased with my experience. Made an appointment for mom, my sister, and myself for a little girls' pampering day and we all really love how our hair turned out. This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Very excited to come back in the near future.

Thank you to the ladies that created beautiful looks for my bridesmaids, friends and me for my wedding day. The women were very sweet and kind. We felt comfortable during a stressful time. Angel was my make up artist and stylist, and she was so caring, respectful, and complimentary the whole day. Because of Angel and her lovely co-workers I and my bridal party looked amazing.

I'm compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with the management and owner of this salon, despite the good work of the employees who work there. The customer service here is absolutely dreadful. I purchased a package of blowouts on May 18 but was never informed that they expire in 60 days so I was shocked to learn that the 4 blowouts I had remaining had expired. The very sweet and apologetic stylist who sold me the package admitted her oversight in forgetting to inform me that they expire. Had I known, I likely wouldn't have bought the package since I don't visit the salon that often. When I asked the manager to honor the 60 days starting from today, since this was the first I was hearing about it and I still have four blowouts left, she offered to extend it by only a month. Given that I'm traveling a lot next month, I found that unacceptable and requested to speak with the owner. The owner called and insisted that one month was all they could do. I reiterated that this wasn't acceptable and pointed out that they already have my money, so why not honor the 60 days? I also mentioned a previous issue where they started my makeup appointment 25 minutes late, causing me to be late to my event. I was trying to explain to the owner that I refrained from writing a Yelp review then because I believe in supporting local businesses, particularly women owned businesses and wanted to give them a chance to correct their mistake. I wanted to show that I'm a reasonable customer. Her response was shockingly hostile. She accused me of threatening her by mentioning a review, which was never my intent. I was simply explaining that I didn't want to make a public review without giving them a chance to fix the issue. I have the right to express my views on Yelp, and her response was entirely inappropriate.I pulled up my receipt and nowhere does it indicate that there is an expiration date. Both the manager and owner said they have signage that refers to the 60-day expiration date and that it's on their website. However, I did not order the package from their website, did not see the sign, nor was I told to read the sign (additionally it is ableist to assume everyone can read). It's not my fault that the expiration date was not indicated to me. It's incumbent on the business to inform their customers directly. Oversights happen, and in this case, they should honor the 60 days from the time I was informed, which is today. The manager and owner act as if customers should be grateful when they offer to correct a mistake. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's how you handle them that matters. I've never had this kind of experience with management and I'm truly surprised by their lack of responsibility and flexibility. It's nothing off of them to grant the full 60 days since they already have my money. They should show some humility, grace, and appreciation for their customers. Their lack of empathy and inflexibility just make already frustrated customers more frustrated. The stylists and makeup artists are good at what they do, and it's unfortunate that the management and owner's attitudes are driving customers away. Many other reviews on Yelp reflect similar experiences with their customer service. I also notice they don't respond to any Yelp reviews, which reflects just how unconcerned they are with feedback from their customers. It's a real shame. I'll utilize my blowouts because I already paid for them but then will find a new place to get my hair done.

We scheduled a 9am appointment, I left my card on file to be charged half of the services scheduled if I was a no-show. We arrived for the appointment and the "stylist" wasn't there. I sat and waited because I was held by my card on file. I waited until 9:35am when I was asked if I wanted to drive to another location ?? No discount was offered, no apologies while we waited, nothing. We had senior pictures scheduled this morning for Loretto Class of 2024. I tried to make this a special day for my daughter. This was our first hair appointment for a "blow out" - it was a sign SAVE MY MONEY, SAVE MY TIME, AND DO IT MYSELF
