It you are looking for a reliable place to get your hair done this is not it!!!!!! I understand that people may be running late, but what about the clients time??? What if we have somewhere to be at a certain time? I've never felt so much anxiety having to find another solution. What's the point of making an appointment if the owner or receptionists mentioned that being late always happens?? Don't come here unless you have all the time in the world and are okay with people not thinking of your own time.

I came in from out of town and booked an appt at 5:15. When I arrived the door was locked but the employee opened it. It seemed like she didn't know about my appt then she checked and was like "I haven't checked all day, but yes you are here. I just need to finish her up." I said no problem at all. Well, it's 6:28 and I just walked out because I had to wait over an hour not to even be shampooed or anything. If people are late they should say how long not "I'll be done shortly." I could've spent this time with my friends and family not waiting over an hour to never get my hair done now I have to go waste more time to do it myself.

I love to go there. Every Monday is my pampering day and my first appointment is blow dry bar in Cimmeran market!

I went for an updo for my sisters wedding, i asked for a messy bun and took a picture of what i wanted, instead i got a bun that would've looked ok on my grandma. The updo was Nothing similar to what i asked for, when i told the stylist she said "what exactly don't you like" in a pissed off voice. I didn't have time to re-do my hair or have her re-do my hair so i left it as it is, now i have ugly pictures of one of the most important days of my life- my baby sister's wedding. I could've tried to save the updo but the stylist put so much hairspray and teased it so much i was unable to try to fix it. To be fair i was contacted by the manager because of the review i posted on facebook, and she offered a complimentary blowout so i could try them again. This was a nice gesture however, i will never return for an updo and next time i will make sure i book way in advance of my event in case i have to redo it. I see all the nice pictures they post unfortunately this was not me, or my mom or my sister (the bride), we ALL got our hair done by the same stylist and we all feel disappointed.

Little pricy for product but the services are priced well. Rachel was great. She added in highlights, true test is when she does a touch up so we will see. The place is a blow dry/style shop but the manager does cut and color. Though she doesn't work weekends. Def will go back

I don't live in Texas but we came to visit and I was able to get a last minute appointment for blow out. Super nice staff and Crystal was absolutely amazing! I'm definitely gonna make this my go to whenever in town and definitely recommend it to any and all of the locals.

So I scheduled an appt on the spur of the moment on a Saturday. I got there on time and was happy to try this place out. I went in there for a voluminous blowout. What a waste of money! I could of done what they did on my own. There were three girls that worked there & they seemed So unhappy, rude, rushed. The girl that did my hair did not even use a heat protectant spray or balm .; all she did was spray with water. The place was not at all what I expected from a salon on the west side. Such a disappointment. Do not recommend ; I definitely will not be going back. Completely a knock off salon.also, I was not even offered a drink of any kind.. considering their website says they offer drinks during service.

I always get a blowout. I don't want curls. Not everyone does a great blowout but Karen Montoya does. I always book with her. She is very happy and fun to be around. I highly recommend her.
