Dos Santos Apartments

The absolute worse place I have ever lived and I have lived in barracks. We moved out under unlivable conditions because our carpet smelt like piss and was nasty and moldy underneath. The window was also broken when we moved in and for 7 months we reminded them of both problems, they refused to give us a work order for paper trail and told us they would take care of us and replace the carpet only to charge us when we moved out. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE There where a total of 2 murders in this complex in the 7 months we lived hereThe gym and wash room where "temporarily " closed or shortened hours but never changed for 7 months.AC and heat is not provided like they advertise, they only have heat from Nov to march then they let you us AC

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. My move in was a breeze. They rushed to get the apartment ready for me even though they didn't expect to rent it out for another week. After I moved in they were extremely helpful with anything I needed from letting the gas company in to coming on their off time to make sure I had hot water and a brand new shower head. I've lived here about a month and I had to put my first work order in, they came out and fixed the problem within 1 business day. This staff is incredible and I am so grateful for all that they have done for me. Also the price is great and the location is perfect for those that work on East Fort Bliss.

Like I've said before, if you can rent somewhere else - rent somewhere else.Apartments are old, circa1960-1970; all appliance in apartments are at least 20-30 years old, grimy, dirty. Sidewalks are dirty with trash, dog poop, Dog Owners do not clean up after their pets. Within two days after trash pick-up, dumpsters are over full, trash on ground, trash boxes everywhere, old mattresses, old furniture. Very bad tenant turn-around, empty apartments at least 2-3 days/wkk. Tenants do not last here. Ready to move out.

Giving them a 1 star is still too much for this community i cant even express how horrible management is with there tenants.ManagersTanyaGovannaThey treated me very bad spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner and would even interrupt me as i was speaking. Great office staff and maintenance team! Good location and apartments are big! Highly recommend!

When I told them I was ending my contract when the lease ended they said it wasn't within the "60 days prior" so I would pay fees. Even after saying I was stuck in the field for the entire month when they sent me that email. Then was threatened to have it put into collections when I said I'm not paying them because my lease ended on a certain date. There were entire months where the AC was not working and the same with the heat. Do not recommend whatsoever

These apartments are not good so stay far away as possible , our bathroom flooded like 4 times we had maggots and also they up the rent , let's not mention the AC is shit so you are like hot all summer .

I love living at Dos Santos. The apartments are beautiful and the community is well kept. The office staff made my move in so easy, I moved in same day. When I got my apartment it was so clean. The maintenance is very fast at getting work orders done as well, they get them done that day or the next. Thank you for giving me such a great living experience. I highly recommend living here, Julian, Fannia and Jessica are the best.

Do not move here if you are military!!!! No matter how much they say they are military friendly they are not!!! They don't listen to orders and will continue to charge you for continuous months after orders were put in. We refused to pay them and got black listed because of it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Excellent maintenance and stuff. They have always responded quickly to my requests for service and the neighbors are very cordial. It's nice, clean and quiet. I can honestly say that being a resident at Dos Santos Apartments has been a pleasurable experience. The location is excellent, but more than that, the service that has been provided to my husband and I is amazing. I'm glad my husband and I chose to live here.
