Dos Femmes

This boutique quickly became my favorite a few years ago. They are constantly getting new inventory, and they started designing their own jaw-dropping earrings! I'm always excited and always end up buying when browsing their new arrivals.I am complimented on my clothing/jewelry more times than I can count when dressing in Dos Femmes', especially when traveling. I've also never had a problem looking the same as other event-goers. The owners go above and beyond to answer all my questions and meet my several needs. They truly make me feel special. I've even purchased several items through Direct Message, making purchases even faster. The staff treat the business as their own too, so it's easy to say that customer service is absolutely the best I've ever received compared with any other clothing/jewelry stores.This store is close to where I live but when I can't pickup, I LOVE getting orders shipped because they come with the cutest wrapping, including a sweet, hand-written note. Did I mention free shipping!? It definitely shows that these ladies are THE BEST in this business!

I've never actually been in store- I live in Los Angeles- but wanted to write a review because I ordered a "Jen's Pirate Booty" sweater online and was so impressed with how smoothly everything went. I loved the packaging, free and fast shipping, and the sweater of course! Happy to be the first review. Will continue to order!

Absolutely the nicest two sisters own this business. They go out of their way to special order for me. Living in another city they are more than happy to work with me if something doesn't fit. They are very good about that.

This jewelry company sent me two left sided earrings, and I didn't discover it until outside their return window (only seven days). In their policy, they refuse to even answer an email outside their short window. Turns out they designed the earrings that way (weird, right? who would wear like that) They did finally respond, accusing me of harassment. So IF you buy any of their very cute stuff, be really careful!

Wow talk about customer service. I was gifted a sweater for my birthday from dos femmes. My mother wanted to support local business during COVID. The sweater was a one size fits most and unfortunately it was HUGE on me. I live in Albuquerque and came to exchange it less than 30 days post the purchase date. They said they could not exchange it due to their 7 day policy. This is completely ridiculous since normal stores have a 30 day policy and I had proof that I live out of town and that it was a birthday gift. We will NEVER buy anything from them again. This was the worse customer service experience ever!!! And to top it off this business does not even follow covid-19 protocol since the sales person didn't even wear a mask the entire time I was there.
