ALWAYS FOR THE BROS (AND LADY BROS)PSA: SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!In a time of mass quarantine, my only regret is never learning how to make delicioso Mexican food. While I could have taken this time to learn, it is much easier to leave it to the professionals. With a vast menu with endless meats, I come to you live from my home in El Paso to talk about Dos Bros Mexican Kitchen (who also happens to have excellent customer service). If you have a craving for tacos, carne asada fries, and more, then this one is for you. In the meantime, stay safe, eat merrily, and enjoy your life...at home of course! Andale pues! The FOOD: FEAST OF EVERYTHINGBarbacoa (slow cooked beef) Tacos: CARNE MAS RICOS-VERY RICH MEATSBarbacoa flows through these tortillas like rich blood in a carnivore's veins. Each bite is intensified by deep, umami flavors of slow cooked beef with the appropriate spices. You see the strands of lean meat, but taste the full fattiness and beefiness that coats your tongue. The meat is a bit salty, but is perfect with the seasoned Mexican rice, fresh and minty cilantro, spicy kick of the white onion, and tangy and refreshing lime. What I love about this barbacoa is that it is not too greasy (there was little to no grease in the container!). Al Pastor (grilled, marinated pork) Tacos: BLESSED BY THE PIGA pig sacrificed to enrich us needs to be properly blessed, and the chefs have blessed up with Al Pastor. Sweet, tangy, umami, salty, and everything else that takes your taste buds into ecstasy. Not too much grease, which is always a blessing (shout out to my coronary arteries!) especially when the flavor is still alive. The grilled green onions pairs well with the cilantro to provide a herbal earthiness that balances the intense Al Pastor. The Mexican rice just puts everything together and feels like home away from home. Deshebrada (brisket) Gordita: THE TEX-ICAN ESSENTIAL: CORN + BRISKETFirst thing you notice is the rich golden colors of the gordita, then you notice the crunch. The brisket provides the robust and clean beefiness, while the corn gordita provides sweetness. The lettuce pairs with the crunch of the gordita and matches well with the fresh tomatoes. There is thick helping of white cheese that provides the ooey-gooeyness that we all know and love. Great palate cleanser for those who want a break from overly greasy Mexican food.Steak Fries: CRAVINGS PERSONIFIEDThick fries with a crunch on the outside and fluffiness on the inside (is this not the dream?). With a rich layer of white cheese, these Steak Fries achieve a chewy richness that anyone would love. Sour cream and guacamole add more moisture, creaminess, and freshness to these fries to truly make it a party. Pico de gallo adds a fresh tanginess alongside the jalapenos that add some spiciness to really get you addicted. Carne asada adds a meaty beefiness also. However, the fries and carne asada seem too lightly salted and make these Steak Fries a little bland (-0.5 star).Carne Asada Burrito: TEX-ICAN ESSENTIAL part 2: CARNE ASADA + TORTILLAQuick and simply a tortilla filled with a generous portion of carne asada. Definitely the perfect match for the meat and carbs lovers or anyone who needs a quick and filling meal. The meat is flavorful and just chew enough. Add some sauces if you need more than just meat and tortilla. The VERDICT: VIVA LAS CARNES!If this was the last meal that I had on Earth, I would not even complain. But my only regret would be not having a second serving, which I definitely would do. Dos Bros Mexican Kitchen specializes in the meats, like a physician specializes in medicine. These doctors of the meats put together rich, tasty Mexican classics as well as modern Mexican-American interpretations like carne asada fries. They are generous with the salsa to-go as well as ketchup and any other sauces. Al Pastor Tacos exploded with a rich tangy, sweet, umami, meaty, grilled flavor that only gets better with the grilled onions. Barbacoa Tacos have a rich beefiness that would make any beef lover fall in love again. Steak Fries had crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside fries, but the fries and carne asada were a bit undersalted and made them seem bland. Carne Asada Burrito and Brisket Gordita were classics that were filling and not too overwhelming. Overall, I love how the food was not too greasy and enjoyed how they had close attention to detail to all their dishes. I was very satisfied and I will definitely be back.

Staying at home is now giving us the chance to see how restaurants do take out. I was craving menudo and the kiddo wanted enchiladas. Delivery was quick and easy. Kiddo didn't have much to say about the enchiladas with meat. The tortillas were hard and no spice to the sauce it was a dark sauce so maybe more powdered chile powder than chile. The menudo? Definitely blew me away. Great spice and flavor I found it to be one of the best I've had in a long long time. Can't wait to eat in there.

Had came to El Paso on Business with my family and placed an order through door dash. Spent $57.80 and I must say that I was upset with the food and Service. Didn't get salsa with the food and instead I got an extra order of beans which I didn't need. When I called they told me they where closed which it was. Still can't really eat flautas with out salsa or guacamole. I ordered also what looked like queso dip with chorizo. The cheese was not even melted or a cheese sauce as it should be. Never eating here again
